8 INSURANCE FRAUDS
My insurance company paid them to replace my catalytic converter. Took the money and never order the part and then didn’t refund me, even though for over 6 months the said they would. Had to sue them in small claims, I won and still haven’t been paid by them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Complete frauds
THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! JOE THE OWNER PASSED AWAY. AND HIS SON THE CROOK SEAN AND AN EMPLOYEE NAMED BETO JUST HACKED MY 67 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE MUFFLER AFTER SEAN LIED AND SAID MY CAR WAS READY AND TO ZELLE HIM 1500 DOLLARS AND I DID BUT WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP VEHICLE IT WAS NOT READY AND THE MUFFLERS WHERE NOT ON THE CAR! I WAS SO UPSET THEN BETO THE EMPLOYEE SAID I SHOULD HAVE PAID HIM NOT THE OWNER! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS DO NOT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!
Don't go to this place. They will steal your money. I now have to spend my own to replace my Catalytic after waiting 2 months for these thieves to do it. BUYER BEWARE!
Fraud.
Sean took a deposit from us without having seen our car. When we were finally told to come for the repair in nearly three weeks later, it turns out the shop had ordered the wrong part and we were sent away. The next day we hear that the employee we were working with had been fired. After another week of calling every listed number and never getting a response, it seems the owners have completely abandoned us and attempted to run off with our money. Thankfully, we were able to dispute the charge with our bank and get our money back.
After doing a bit more research, it's clear this shop isn't what it used to be under the new management. Sean is running an outright scam. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and with any luck this phony shop will be shut down.
I had a great experience here, The guys were able to put new brakes on my car and also do an oil change all in a timely manner. They helped me right away, the service was excellent and very professional. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. The lady in office was also very helpful. I will be coming back here in the future! Thank you guys again! And the workers were HELLA cool!
