Joe did a fantastic job on my car door and helped check things like my battery which he didn’t need too. He’s professional and kind. He could have charged me more but he didn’t. Would highly recommend Joe. I had a different locksmith company come out to change locks on my dads place in Bakersfield that my husband found on Google. After that company came, the place was robbed shortly after, and the tech that came out had contradictory stories which made me suspicious. So when I knew I needed to change the locks out for the whole house, I only wanted to use someone who was a referral that someone could vouch for. One of the neighbors recommended Joe, and when I reached out to text him, I realized that I had used him in the past. I wish I would’ve remembered, and just gone to him weeks ago, before the robbery. Who knows, maybe I could’ve prevented it. Both times I have done business with him he was professional, trustworthy (which I know understand is very important in a locksmith) and friendly. He also offered to come same day (I reached out at night and he offered to come that night). I would recommend him to anyone.

Edit: I have no idea why the attitude and no I never had a intention of low balling. Like I said in the call before you hung up as rude as you are, I said I wanted to know prices and not asking for a discount. At least from this experience I know not to call this company ever again so does the people in this review area. Good luck with business I wish you the best. Worst customer service. And you know this is the worst place to call if they put your phone number on the review just to show the pettiness. If I am lying I wonder where the other reviews of you being rude came from? And no those aren’t fake people.

Joe was nothing short of amazing he was informative, friendly and overall had a great sense of knowledge in his craft. I would recommend Joe to anyone and lastly his price was far more than fair!

the perfect lock is the lock joe worked on for a total of 15 minute and works like new.the lock with damage was worked on by someone prior to his arrival from another shop, they didn't charge me but now this lock is unusable, also they were gonna charge me double what Joe did.

As someone who works in the trades you can tell the difference between a skilled and unskilled worker, Joe was without question a skilled worker.

Joe responded in about 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable in his craft. Replaced the ignition switch cylinder and offered some advice on prevention.
