Joey Wang is a hustler who worked relentlessly to get my property sold. Let me tell you a little something about my property: I listed at a time when all I was hearing from brokers was, “you’ll probably have to take a price reduction. ” It wasn’t the “right time” to put a property like mine on the market, but this wasn’t about timing—I was ready to sell. Like the other brokers I spoke with, Joey informed me of the market conditions, but unlike the other people I talked to, Joey remained confident that we could get our listing price, so I decided to partner with him.
