John D. Morgan Park reviews
20This park is huge but there was a construction going on one side.also there was not parking spot available even though there are so many parking spaces. I guess it is due to people running from staying home for a while.
Everything was decent.but the bathrooms were absolutely horrendous.my daughter held her pee for hours due to the nasty state of their nathrooms.
Tip: The play area of the school right ned door has some incredible equipment for the kids. If the gate is open, do take the kids there. The main park area looks small, but if you swing to the back area there is a wide expanse of green, with a paved trail and shaded areas under the trees aplenty.
There is a full and small baseball areas, there was no one when we went. The bbq areas can be reserved, and plenty of people had!
If the first parking areas is full, keep going down the road 100 meters and you'll be in a big, shaded, parking area with plenty of spots.
Nice shady park with shaded parking. As a parent of young kids shade in the summer is incredibly important so this park is great. Most playgrounds aren't shaded but this one is partially shaded which is amazing. I strongly recommend this park if you have kids and you don't want everyone to get sunburned or too tired. The parking lot is relatively large as well, which is nice.
I love this park! Although the playground is currently under construction. There is a second park a short walk down the path that has another playground and even water play area (wasnt operating this last time, probably covid relayed) lots of grass, trees and space.
Nice park. The kids loved running through the water structure and having a push button to start the water on demand was great.
It's alright a place you can take your dog, walk, cycle, fish or just sit and look at the water once you make it to it. Also there's different birds here also if it had a, bathroom would be better other than that relaxing.
This park is very large, equipped with BBQ areas, two playgrounds on both ends, and parking on both ends, I usually park on Budd Ave, lots of families come and enjoy the park, the feilds are massive, everything is well kept. They have a bathroom on both ends. There are also soda machines if you want a cold drink. If you play Pokemon Go, the park also has some stops & gyms.
Lots of shade, and places to BBQ. Bathrooms are decent and playground is great for kids of all ages
Run the homeless people out.they're camping at the baseball diamond. Belligerent people. Act like they want to fight.
I have lived in Campbell for 40 years since 1979 I've seen the park change it's a beautiful Park it's nice to walk through at night always be careful wherever you're at. It is a beautiful Park Campbell's a nice city slash town but they need to change the streetlights inside-the-park from Sulphur 2 LED white lights that way it's not so dark in the parking lots in case your car breaks down need to wait for a AAA Tow. Just a suggestion.
Fir6ti.e here, great play area for the kids. Larger grills than most parks. Was clean, has restrooms. Lots of families having fun in the space.
Great park, giant slide and fun play structure for kids. Limited parking, but larger open grass areas and good trails for bikes.
My second favorite park in San Jose. I've held 2 of my daughters birthdays here. There is something for everyone here.
Very large and nice park maintained by the city of Campbell. Lots of room to relax or organize an event (with permits) fireworks display on July forth.
Very nice park for kids, there are 2 kids play areas, baseball play area. I have it a 4 because the park is crowded on weekends and sometimes there are noisy crowds near barbecue pits. Almost all tables have grills and and dustbins.
John D. Morgan has a kids playground, men and women's bathroom, a pedestrian/bike trail, picnic areas, and redid another playground. A school is adjacent to the this park.
Love taking the kids here. Some days its great for family BBQs and also birthday parties! There are two sides to the park and both are great. The kids get to meet and play with many other children. Might head on over after the rain stops.
Super clean park with a nice playground and plenty of outdoor play space. The baseball diamond was really well taken care of, a nice park for a family
Large park with lots of room. Two large play areas for kids and lots of picnic tables. Plenty of parking and public restrooms are available. You'll likely need to reserve a picnic area on a weekend but during the week they're usually open.
