The service was outstanding, the work was completed in a fashionable time; and great communication regarding what work was completed on my vehicle. Look forward for other service/ maintenance that my FJ Cruiser that is needed from service department.

First time here, I had an appointment at 9: 30 am and it took more than 2 hrs in the waiting lane just to get to the advisor section. They said they were over booked that's why it take too long, but why they do that? Very disappointed
Have purchased 2 trucks and a 4Runner from ELWAY Toyota, and they have done all the service to all three.
All the service has been the best of any dealer I’ve ever known. Have been taken home and picked up, gratis, instead of having to wait. Now they give you a rental, and refund the entire cost when I returned it.
For shorter waits, there is a comfortable waiting area and they have a nice cafeteria with good eats for breakfast and lunch. Dinner? Never been there that late. Don’t know.
All staff have been friendly and respectful.
Buying a new vehicle there is the best I’ve ever experienced. No pressure, sales staff eager to get you what you want, not what they have. They even went to other dealers twice to get me the exact trucks I wanted.

I was disappointed to get my car back and find that all the functionality of my left outside mirror was gone. I did NOT come in to get my mirror fixed. It was a result of something not reconnected after they inspected my air bag (recall)? ! The person who greeted me when I came in was an older lady that was grumpy and not at all friendly; like someone who should have stayed retired. I used to always give 5 star ratings. I bought several cars from you guys, and always get my service here. Now, I'm having second thoughts after the service was botched on my Venza. You asked for a feedback. Here it is.
Great service and friendly help getting my car in and out in timely manner. Appreciate the help while booking my appointment. They explained all that would be done and kept me updated on the process of my car and I received a text when it was ready. I was in and out in about 2 hours and the cafe shop was a great way to grab some breakfast while I waited. Thank you crown Toyota.
My first time coming for service was average. I came back to fix my back taillight and had an appointment at 12. I came and waited an hour to for an advisor to come talk to me. They told me they were on lunch, why would you allow appointments at during lunch time if no one will be there to service? Please don’t waste peoples time and gas.
I got quoted by my light on my initial visit and came back to get it fixed. They told me I was going to wait 3-4 hours when I told them I had an appointment if it could be possible to expedite it. Told me it’s not possible because I had missed my appointment time. Ridiculous. I didn’t miss my appointment y’all took too long to put me in service.
I have to say the service station was pretty fast this time? Maybe cause there weren't so many workers tripping over each other?
I get the quality of service that I expect. Speedy and fast service. The maintenance crew friendly and handled everything in a professional manner.
Took my Vehicle for a Routine Service. Things didn't go as planned. Then I spoke to Tina. Her Commitment and Resolve to Solve my Issue was just Amazing. Things happen, I get that. Tina really made the effort to rectify the Situation. Thank You, Tina and the rest of the Staff, for turning a not so good experience into a GREAT ONE. Thank You Guys.
I was having a rough morning and ended up with my tire lite going on right after I left home. I went right over to John Elways Toyota and explained I had a flat tire and I was gonna have to wait for my car due to no help from family or friends was available for a ride home. Slyvia checked my car in, luckily there was a tire available. I expected to wait hours but Slyvia & the service dept.saw to it that my car was ready in record time. Slyvia went the extra mile for customer service as well as the service dept jumping in to make the time difference. So appreciate all the help and service. Thanks Patti O’Connor
Tried to get a refund on an item. Purchased an item for pick up, but then requested a refund within a couple of days because they had a sale. I followed the directions in the email to request a refund and it said they would contact me to complete it. They never contacted me. Finally I went in and they were very rude and said that I was responsible for contacting them. I explained that I followed the directions to request a refund and they were the ones that didn't contact me. They offered to only refund the sale price, which was the item I received in the mail. I had to argue with them and tell them that I requested a refund before ordering another one. They eventually gave me a refund, but we're not nice at all during the experience. I will not be purchasing any more items for my Toyota. I will be looking for another dealer that values their customers. They treated me like I was doing something wrong and they were doing me a favor.
Quick and easy service. It was supper fast and easy to make an appointment. There was plenty of choices for days and times. Got here to a line at 6: 30am and I was checked in 15minutes after they opened the gate. That being said there were about 8 cars ahead of me. Got a call about an hr and a half that my car was ready. Came to pick up my car. 5 minutes tops and u was driving away. Thank you the friendly and helpful staff.
Vanessa was amazing! She had my parts in within a day of dropping off the car, provided me periodic updates, and made sure I was up to the date on preventative maintenance. Appreciate the wonderful customer service!
Went in for a 20k service without any prior appointment. Service Rep Andrew Nguyen registered me in, as it was my first time going there, and I was out in a little less than an hour. Excellent service overall.

Don’t come here. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been taking my car to Toyota Service Centers since 2016 and this one is the only one I wouldn’t return to. They lie to your face and won’t take responsibility. They forgot to call me for the time they quoted me and I had to call them hours later to ask about my car. It seems they don’t enjoy working there, either.
