Since you are the Clinical Director for Apex, I’ll say here that your Practice Manager/co founder is an awful representation of any business (esp a MH business). Your practice is rigid, unkind, and a complete rip off. It is clear that there is no care or concern for patients.
I should have been alarmed when I signed your intake forms and wish I could go back in time and never connect with APEX. My mistake.
This world is tough enough and the last thing a MH establishment should be is rude and condescending. Shame!

John is a wonderful therapist, but Apex Therapy group is a complete scam. They do not care about their clients other than to use them as a money machine. This is extremely sad and manipulative, considering they’re in the business of mental health care. They will do anything possible to squeeze more money out of you. To get the most money out of you, they do not allow you to schedule appointments for anything other than weekly which has never been an issue for me for the 6 years I’ve been in therapy. Dan the office manager is condescending and not willing to help in any situation. If you miss a single appointment no matter the situation they will charge you almost $200. When I brought up my negative experience with the office, they dismissed any critiques and tried to tell me I had a positive experience. Extremely manipulative.

Terrible customer service - I have been trying to reach out to them for 2 weeks! No one answers the phone or their contact form. Waste of time!

& Dan literally denied me as a client because I emailed them stating that I haven't received an email or phone call back - ONCE AGAIN, THERE ARE A WASTE OF TIME!
