WENT TO TRY AND FIX THIS PROBLEM. AND THE MANAGER, TOMMY
WAS VERY HELPFUL AND LET MY DAD PICK A DIFFERENT BRAND EVEN THE LADY'S AT THE DEST WE'RE NICE AS WELL. ALL I CAN SAY IS I HOPE THAT WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM. I DON'T KNOW YET.

I purchased some appliances, and I just wanted to say that it's really hard to find a great place and especially great customer service. Gigi & Kristen they both took the time to help me purchase what I needed. They were a great team. I came out of the store with more than I expected thanks to their great customer service

I bought a stove and a refrigerator and both were damaged, one 9 months after purchasing it, they repaired it and it became ruined, another one a year later, without guarantees, now I am with those two useless devices so be careful my people where you invest your money The devices in this place break down very quickly.

I highly recommend this store - Kedrick and Jeuelz came out and measured my kitchen cutouts before ordering my appliances - this involved actually pulling out my old double oven and removing my cooktop to get exact measurements. Kedrick and Jeuelz were very meticulous in the way they measured, remeasured, took photos, and relayed information back to their office to recommend the right sized appliance - you could tell that they both really knew and cared about what they are doing. The phone support is also always really great - I don't know the girl's name, but she's always really nice and very receptive.

I submitted a request and the next day they were there to help. Martin helped me out and was very friendly and did a fantastic job, highly recommend him- thank you Martin!

Terrible experience with their repairs. Instead of sending someone out to determine what was wrong they made us wait for them to order parts. They said they would call after the part was delivered to schedule the repair.they did not. Mind you they refuse to schedule repairs until they have the parts. Then we had to wait another 4 days before someone was available to come do the repair. No surprise they did not have the correct parts so then we had to go through this whole process again. Meanwhile I have not been able to do laundry in weeks and keep having repair men track dirt through my house while I have to take off work to be at the house.

Ruben came to fix our dryer, very professional. He arrived on time and was done in less than hour. Will definitely be calling them up in the future!

Great customer service and reasonably priced. Ruben came out to check my grandmothers appliances and had it fixed in a reasonable time frame. He was very polite and explained everything with great detail, very professional would recommend them just because of him.

They should have a labor and all fees disclosed upfront. They already charge $100 upfront. It’s simple just be honest!

Johnny’s appliances were terrific! Jonathan was a great technician, and we had a great experience overall. Professional, efficient and reasonably priced. We will definitely call Johnny’s appliances in the future if we have an issue.
