Once again John’s auto pro’s has come through for me. Awesome customer service. Free shuttle service if you need it. I Was offered a ride home by a very nice lady that works there. Sorry I don’t remember your name Ma’am I do apologize. The owner John is very thorough on everything he explains everything in great detail. John also does a very nice print out of pictures so you can visually see what’s wrong with your car. I was very impressed by this because a lot of car places don’t do this. Which really sets them apart. John’s mechanics are all Master mechanics and are ASE certified highly experienced in getting your car done right the first time. Also John’s auto pro’s are affiliated with AAA motor club so if your member make sure to let them know. Also, I want to thank the mechanic that worked on my car

I usually never write reviews but I felt like this one was deserved. I recently went to John’s Auto Pros after the dealership tried to charge me $400 for replacing a singular hose. I took it here and they replaced it within an hour and charged me even less than the estimate (which was less than a QUARTER of what the dealership tried) because they were able to fix it without replacing the hose. I would highly recommend them if you want efficient servicing!

Great work! Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They even have a shuttle to take you home and pick you up when your car is ready! (That perk alone is worth going to John’s.) I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely be returning. I’m just sad I didn’t find them sooner.

***A PLACE TO AVOID***

I must strongly advise steering clear of this establishment. It has some glaring issues that cannot be ignored. First and foremost, the turnover rate among employees is alarmingly high. This revolving door of staff might make it hard to establish a consistent rapport with the personnel.

The owners, Serbi and John, have unfortunately left a sour taste with their rather discourteous and entitled behavior. It's notable that only one individual, the gentleman with the dark ponytail, seemed to be genuinely competent.

Another concern is the way in which they hire young Hispanic individuals, who, in all fairness, should be compensated more for their work. Furthermore, it's apparent that they also bring on board inexperienced candidates, which can be frustrating for both staff and customers.

In terms of ethical standards, there have been some issues. John, in particular, seemed to be concealing his ownership of the business during a marriage that was in the process of ending. This leaves room for doubt and raises questions about their overall integrity.

The overall atmosphere at this place seems to exude negativity, which many have felt. I strongly urge you to consider alternative options, even if it means reading past reviews or observing the responses the owners leave on customer feedback – it's a source of intrigue, to say the least.

For service advisors and technicians, this place is far from ideal. It's vital to find a workplace that truly values its employees. It wouldn't be surprising if there were legal actions taken by previous staff members, given the alleged mistreatment and harassment. All in all, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more positive and respectful work environment. Your well-being is worth it.

I only have one word for the this business. AMAZING. They were able to help me out with my truck quickly and got me out the door just as quick. If you have any issues with your vehicle I would definitely go here than any where else. They are very honest with you and discuss prices before starting the work to make sure it's in your budget. I highly recommend this auto shop.
