John's Incredible Pizza - Riverside

Food.
Pizza not very well cut you can get a tiny piece or a Sam's or Costco size slice. Not enough options for pizza and trays are always or at most times empty. You ask staff if they have pizza they might ignore you or ask you to wait 15 min. Chicken not cooked thoroughly is always red in the middle.
Mash potatoes all hard not cooked and they looked as if they had been sitting there all day. Lettuce on salad bar not very fresh, it looked as it been reused for days salad was turning color and some end part of lettuce were dark.soaking in water.

Game area.
My kids love the games: TIP: please fix some of the games my kids and I have been there a few times in the past 2 months, and the same games are out of order. This is the money maker in my opinion.

It might look as a bad review, but my intent is for management to fix some of these issues, specially in the buffet area.

If I could give it no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting! Chicken was cold, potato’s were unsalted and cold, dessert bar was disgusting people picking at the left overs like vultures. Absolutely a waste of money. Please

We had the best experience here! Lots of memories were made here and has become a big part of our lives. Thanks to Ale Nava she helped us make our party a success! She was super helpful and kind and we can't thank her enough.

This place is fun.but is absolutely filthy
The bathrooms look like they never cleaned.
Buffet workers very rude and did not keep cleaned or full of food.
Prices omg I will never go back.
For that much money per child is a rip off

“Clean dishes” had nasty moisture on them and crumbs of food…. That’s a food code violation.

Half of the games were not in service.

Food was not to temperature. By the time we got to our table the food was cold. That’s a food code violation.

Worst experience Took my family to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday. Half of the arcade games were not working the other half would just take our credits and no game play. My wife was upset with the service with womens restroom only 2 sinks working 3 stalls down and no paper in stalls.

When I got there at 4 pm the food bar was full I let the kids play. By time it was 5: 30 it was hard for the kitchen to keep up with the food. The whole food bar was empty. After they put the food out it was gone very fast, just from how many in people was there. But my son list his I phone and a staff member had found it and it was returned

First time there don't know if coming back a lot of there food would ran out and will take alot of time to be served of son waited fir an hour to get icesy drink. Desert area was empty for for a while lots of there. Games were broken it took me awhile to find someone to help

My friend and I took our kids there because they bday was on Fri and the other was Sat. We got there at 11AM by the time we finished checking in about 11: 10. I know we are still going thru the covid so I felt and saw the shortage of workers there They open at 10am I felt a hour later each bar station should have been full. Salad bar messy no salad or sides each bar staion was out or low on food even the icecream machine stop working while I was getting icecream for my son. Let me just say people was waiting for food or walking up to the bar and no food at all. At one time they ran out of cups and plates. I would have rather have had cold food then no food at all. The kids did have fun playing games and riding so did I. I hope they can come up with a system that can work In the near future maybe cook as much as they can and put in the warmer like I said I rather have warm or cold food then no food. I use to work in a restaurant working at a bar. And I know how customers can be I was that customer yesterday. I will return again but no time soon they need more staff. I gave a 3 star because of the rides and games. They had a sign up Now Hiring pass the word.

Show up at 7: 30, place closes at 10: 00, I was able to get the last slice of pizza on maybe three different pies, pizza that I normally wouldn't eat, they had some old looking chicken, and everything else truly looked horrible, proceeded to game area with my grandson, and this is no exaggeration 60% of their games did not work, on top of that plates don't get tooken away from any table, this place is disgusting, years back it was all right but boy have they let this place go, on top of it if you're worried about covid, this place is a disaster, I seriously doubt anything ever gets sanitized everything looks sticky and nasty. They need a new management team. Somebody that will clean this place up and get it back to how it used to be. I highly don't recommend this go to Chuck e cheese, at least their games might work.

Place was dirty, floor sticky. ALOT of people. It was very crowded in some areas. Food was good though. The main reason i went was to play the games, so it really sucked when a lot of the games were unplayable. Either because of a ticket jam or it needed to be refilled with tickets. Then some were just plain broken. I think I lost around 20-30 credits to these machines which again, sucked. I still had some fun though, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. The place was really dirty with food on the floor and barely any tables to sit at since no attendants were around to clean tables that's been dirty for hours. It was a treasure hunt to find any clean plates, cups, and utensils. There was barely any food at the buffet line. The only upside is that their pizza is really flavorful and great, but not even that could give it more than one star. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that 90% of all these mishaps is maybe because they're severely understaffed.

Went to celebrate a birthday kind of pricey for OK food but the kids had a blast in the arcade the bar is hard to get a beer from as there wasn't somebody manning the bar. The only thing I would've done differently was not go to the cartoon room kids didn't spend any time there anyway

I did not have a great time there. There was food on the floors and on the counters around the food. There were limited desserts. A lot of the games were not working or closed. Overall I did not have a good experience.

Saturday morning 10 AM to noon hardly anyone there, which was nice. The buffet is average, the only problem is that it is self serve, everyone touches the same serving utensils, that's a problem with COVID, they should provide food handlers gloves for the guests before touching anything, or have the employees serve the food items you wish in your plate. There are hand sanitizers in strategic places, but half of them were empty. Overall it was a good visit for my 5 year old daughter who enjoyed all the rides without having to wait in line.

Not worth the money at all! Most games were either broken or didn't have prizes or tickets to give out. Waisted half of my tokens on broken games when there's no signs stating they are broken. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

This John's Incredible Pizza doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have never seen a place so horribly managed. My family went there on 11/12/21 @ 5: 35 pm. From the pizza area to the ice cream machine was a mess. Most of the machines didn't work properly and if they did the ticket machines weren't working. I spent $70 for a horrible experience my daughter was very disappointed.

The price was very affordable and the staff was amazing. The front attendant Drea was very helpful, friendly and patient, not only did she suggest the best offers to my family she also took care with every customer I saw her help. The atmosphere is great for kids, parents or even on a date. Great fun!

I went for my great granddaughter's 8th birthday party. We were sitted in a private room for the party. My granddaughter reserved it for the occasion. I don't know the details, but, there were about 30+ adults and kids.
The all-you-can eat buffet was okay and plenty of it. Their was piazza, a variety of pastas, bake potatoes, salads, desserts and more. If you left hungary, it wasn't because there wasn't enough food.
The party package came with cards for the kids to play the arcade games. They had party games, music, and balloons. Everyone had a good time.
I personally wouldn't go again only because it is too far from my house. However, if you live near it, I would recommend it to take the kids to, they will have fun and it is a good location to have a party where the food is supplied and they do the cleanup.
