John comes to my door no introduction. Didn’t call to let me know when he was coming. He was suppose to fix my refrigerator that was not keeping cold. Instead of even checking the temperature. He says well your ice cubes are freezing. Checks the baffle and air was coming thur but he told me to rearrange my refrigerator Milk is never suppose to be put on the door? I have insulin for my dog in that refrigerator. Doesn’t use a thermometer to test the the temp of the refrigerator. Then he says that the reason my indoor water dispenser is leaking is because I changed the filter 2 weeks ago.
Dishwasher he looked inside said my rinse dispenser is set to high and probably the noise I I hear is just the grinder. Then just leaves. So I’m thinking 2 weeks later my dishwasher stops no power. Refrigerator is still not cold. I called back my home warranty company and told them about what happened and to send out Kimbros which I trust. The dishwasher totally falling apart. The door won’t stay on. Refrigerator baffle needs to be replaced because it’s not staying open to let cold air into the refrigerator from the freezer.
I hope this is a warning not to be scammed by this guy.

Completely incompetent. My dog could have done a better job at diagnosing the issue with our refrigerator. Told us that it’s not working because it’s humid outside. Excuse me? The refrigerator is inside. His fix was to throw hot water all over my kitchen.
