Jolie Nails, Palmdale CA

She did a wonderful job on my full set and pedicure. Gave me exactly what I wanted. She treats her customers awesome and is a very hard worker. I will definitely be returning and making this my usual spot to always come to from now on.

It was my first time going there and I could honestly say, I would recommend this place. I love the way my nails came out, it just that but the lady was very friendly and she did an awesome job. I am going back ️

Never got a manicure or pedicure but Van is my Eyebrow lady. You will not be disappointed! I will not go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done!

I’m a first time customer, and I can honestly say they do the best nails so far in the antelope valley. I was pleased with the atmosphere, customer service, just overall experience, Jasmine I highly recommend she makes sure every nail is PERFECT Yes Perfect & Jolie hooked my eyebrows up it’s AFFORDABLE and the wait time is minimum Officially my nail shop! Jazmyn does an amazing job. She makes your nails look perfect all the time. Very detailed. Everytime I come see her, she give me ideas for my nails and I am always pleased. Vivian does amazing eyebrows. I been coming in for three years now since I move to the AV and I wouldn't change her. Thank you for always taking care of me?

The gentleman did my nails today and I love them. He was nice and we had good conversation. Will be back.

My usual nail salon was closed so I tried this one. DO NOT GET GEL MANICURES HERE. I can't rate their other nail work but the gel manicures are terrible. They were uneven and had air bubbles. Started pealing the next day. Would not recommend.

The older lady is my favorite, she’s so kind. She isn’t fluent in English but she knows exactly what she’s doing you DONT even have to tell her. She does excellent work. My feet feel pampered. As for manicures Jasmine is amazing, I’ve never been more satisfied out of the 15 years I’ve ever had my nails done. For the FIRST time ever someone has done a GREAT job. The lady who does eyebrows is also very good. I used to come here years back ONLY for eyebrows. I’m glad I’ve returned full service customer now

NEVER AGAIN! I went to get fills Friday and I felt like Jasmine was already very tiered and did a POOR JOB! So I called today Sunday and the owner Jolie answered and was VERY RUDE! She said that Jasmine was not in today and that they where too busy to fixed my nails.to come in another day. This is extremely UN-PROFESSIONAL. I paid A LOT of Money for them to leave me like this. It's EMBARRASSING to even walk around with these nails. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but the manager here is horrible. Who ever the owner is they need to get a new manager before this place go out of business. I came in for a gel mani and pedi and eyebrows, ok the price wasn’t bad, but the pedicure was the Worse I’ve ever gotten before. I wanted gel, but the older Asian woman act like she couldn’t understand English, so I let her proceed with regular nail polish. She barely scrub my feet and did a very poor job painting my toes. The nail polish never did dry so I came back and explain to the manager the nail polish never dried and start chipping. I told her I wanted gel anyway and the older Asian lady act like she couldn’t understand English so I settled for regular nail polish. She said we could fix it free with regular nail polish and it will be 20 dollars for gel and the regular price for gel is 25 for color change. I said it’s 35 for a gel pedicure and I already paid 22 so why can’t I pay the difference which is 13 dollars since they did a poor job on my pedicure and that the paint never dried and start chipping, and didn’t paint the side of my big toe nails. She said no still 20 dollars for gel and free for regular polish. So Jasmine came in and did it for 13 dollars and did an amazing job. I want to say thank you to Jasmine for her great customer service skills. Another thing the manager refused to call the owner and I asked multiple times. If the owner sees this please have a talk with the manager over your store. I also believe the older Asian lady that did my pedicure don’t have her license to be doing pedicures. If I ever go back to this shop and Jasmine is not there I will turn around, because the manager is very rude and unprofessional.

The thin younger lady was pretty nice, and she is pretty fun to talk to but the old lady was super grumpy. Also their skills are pretty good.

Great customer service everyone there is friendly and helpful. Jolie always does an amazing job on my eyebrows and she remember me every time I come in as well as my best friend. I enjoy coming here always a great experience.

Vivian is the best. Been coming here since high school. Shes great. Staff is friendly great work too

I was getting my eyebrows done the other day and the one doing my eyebrows (Jolie) made me pay more because I was a student! I would never come here again!

She's a BED BUG! DON'T GO. I waited an hour for the people ahead of me to get serviced and then when it was my turn she took two people in front of me just because they needed eyebrows if I would have stayed I would have been there until they closed because she would have kept taking people in front of me. When I voiced this to her and told her this was unfair she said she didn't care.

I love the lady that does my eyebrows she does them so good and they have good customer service and are really nice people.

I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows done for awhile like about three years and each time my experience seems to get worst. I am treated very rudely by the owner which also does the eyebrows. Last time I decided it would be my last time going there because she was so rude. I said hi to her she totally ignored me, same thing when I said thank you and bye. Her horrible customer service actually made me feel bad!

Not even worthy of 1 star. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Arguing with customers. Dirty faculty. The pedicurist was not licensed. She did a terrible cut at my cuticle at big toe. Never ever again. I will inform the Better Business Bureau.
