It was our first time to this branch and would love to go back again. Love Jollibee since I was 7

Not bad but had to wait awhile. People coming an going before me an after me, but the food was worth the wait. Took it home an daughter an her boyfriend enjoyed it. Can't wait til the one in Torrance opens up

Some items not disclosed properly by the order taker. When it was time to pay, my bill was higher than expected. It turns out that if you want adobo rice, it'll cost more. I was not advised about it. I told the order taker, he just stared at me! It should be de rigueur to disclose it! That's why some companies get sued by not being upfront about things.

Best Service, Great customer service and CLEAN Restrooms. We had the best experience at this Carson CA Jolibee. The food came out fresh and crispy chickens as advertised. They don't stage the orders on the counter until it was ready. Food orders came right. Nothing missing nor misplaced. The cashier, Jedrich made sure that our order was correct. Thank you Jedrich and Great Job Team Jolibee Carson!

Fast Philipo food - chicken fried, speghitti (sweet) good sauce with sliced philipino hot dog. The mango peach tart/pie is pretty good.

Went there and bought burger steak 3-3-20 about 3: 15pm, when i get home and about to eat i was surprised to find out that there is no rice on my order, how can you miss that? And its the 3rd time, twice is without gravy.

Their hamburger steak tastes like it's a frozen tv Salisbury steak meal. Not authentic and the pieces are really small. The chicken was good and the gravy. The mango peach pie is delicious! Other than that nothing special.

Jollibee always have good service, but tonight I went to Chow king instead what a mistake it took approx 25 min.to get my order it's only a three item combo, I think that they have to buy the chicken next door, haha!

Food is amazing. Cashiers should smile more! They look like they're always mad and over work or something it's kinda unpleasant.

Been here a lot of times because I’m looking for the Filipino taste. I wasn’t disappointed:) service may be slow but it’s normal because there’s a lot of people. Would recommend this place!

This place has the best fried chicken hands down. The spaghetti is a little sweet but good. The mashed potatoes and gravy are delicious. Would recommend to family and friends. Enjoy!

Food is ok sometimes u have to tell em the round thing doesn't work. So you have to go Thier n check your order. If just sitting on the pickup area.

Flavor of the fried chicken is different than Amercan fried chicken chains. I don’t think it’s better or worst than KFC or Popeyes. Fried chicken had just different flavor. It was my first time testing it. I liked it. Not bad. Customer service is good. Cashiers were engaging customers. Next time I would probably gonna try pineapple juice.

We would always go to Jollibee while living in the Philippines, so to have one here was a great treat and taste of home! It taste exactly like how it does in the Philippines! Lots to choose from and prices are very reasonable. Feed a group of 7 of us for around $50! So traveling on a budget, that's great! My rating is closer to a 4.5 because our order wasn't clear and it took over 10 min fixing it to get it right lol. That's stressful with kids running around hungry lol

Ate here today it was nostalgic for me. The whole restaurant is clean and they renovated it to have a newer feeling without losing their great Filipino hospitality.

Excellent food but the problem is that they serve spaghetti to go in cardboard container that doesn't last until you got home. I suggest if you get food to go to get the family pack because it's in the plastic container.

Quick and delicious. Friendly service in the heart of Carson by the Seafood Market. Hot Philpino style food like the spaghetti, burgers, hot dogs, breakfast, and desserts.

Palabok is an old time favorite, not to mention their chicken joy and burger steak. Just make sure you come and visit on an earlier time on weekends coz they run out of burger steaks.
Egg sandwich, which I believe is a limited item in the menu is so delicious! It is almost like home-made!

I drove all the way from marina del rey I got there at 945pm to get a chicken sandwich meal the cashier told me it would be a couple minutes to make I said ok that's fine then she asks one of the cooks to make it then I hear the guy says oh it's too late to make it then she says oh sorry where out of chicken. They have terrible customer service I feel like the guy just didn't want to cook it because they where about to close at 10pm smh I would give zero stars if I could
