Let me tell you, this indoor play structure in the East Bay is a real rollercoaster of emotions, and by rollercoaster, I mean both the ups and downs you'll experience while visiting!

First off, let's talk about the layout. It's like a maze of fun, and my kids absolutely love it. There are more twists and turns than a telenovela, and my little ones can't get enough. They've got a ball pit that's deeper than my love for chocolate, a slide longer than my to-do list, and a small jump place that makes me reconsider my anti-jumping stance (adults should be allowed to jump too, right?).

But what really takes the cake (or should I say ice cream) is the ice cream machine. Picture this: a magical contraption that mixes ice cream on demand. It's like having a dessert genie in a corner, granting all your sugary wishes.

Now, here's where the plot thickens. The seating situation for us grown-ups is about as scarce as a unicorn sighting. Seriously, finding a place to rest your weary bones is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. And if you do manage to snag a spot, you'll quickly realize it's located next to the massage chairs. You'd think those would be a godsend, right? Wrong! They emit a never-ending chorus of loud beeping noises that will make you question the life choices that led you to this point.

So, while I'd love to give this place a solid 5-star rating, I have to dock a point for the limited seating and the ear-piercing massage chair symphony. But hey, if you can overlook those minor hiccups, you'll be in for a wild ride of indoor playtime adventure. Just be prepared to jump, slide, and dodge massage chair beeps like a ninja in a candy store.

Jesus christ. Decided to bring the kids here to see if it was better or worse than Jumpity Bumpity.nobody, not the staff or parents, paying attention to the kids here. It's like Chuck E Cheese and the riot after a Raiders game had a baby.

Cute place to let the kids run themselves out when it's too hot to be outside. Bring food or eat before, though.

Just visited today. Very run down. Most of the toys are broken or don’t work. Including the protective foam around the play structure which I found to be sharp. Only good thing about this place was its location.

Needs better cleaning, smells bad, disorganized, most areas broken structures (for years), staff is very rude, UNSAFE, teen kids in toddler areas, and if you pay to play for 1 hour after 6: 30PM, expect that children can NOT play after 7: 30PM, staff will start closing areas off and shutting down machines. The ONE Party Room is TINY, not usable for more than 10 children party. Make sure you get prices in writing since the owner won’t take responsibility and makes excuses. RATING = 1.

This place is very small but somehow they cram tons of jungle June and trampolines ball pit etc. So even though the size is small, there can be lots of fun inside

Good for an hour or so, price is 15 dollars for an hour, only one adult allowed, 7 dollars for extra

Took my nephew here and he had a ball. There are so many things for the kids to do and explore independently. I definitely was able to sit back in the "parent/ guardian section" and he was able to let out all of his energy and made a couple of friends along the way. Highly recommend.

Grrat for chaotic kids play

I would gave 0 for the experiences we had hosting a birthday party there. I attended birthday parties at many other places around Fremont and Union City. I can definitely say this is the worst place! The place is packed; The party room is loud and too tight/small for 20 kids party. There is no party host. There is discrepancies between what the owner said and their staff, which costed a lot more money for us. Apparently, the owner won't honor what the staff agreed on the phone, and insist it's mis-communication. Shady practice! I would stay away from this place for birthday parties.

A lot of fun things for kids. Unhappy with the younger staff. They don't seem to care about older kids in the toddler area or kids jumping into the ball pit with shoes on.but they made sure to put all the small toys away half an hour before closing so that they can go home faster. Parents seem to not watch their kids here or care. I only enjoy my experience here when the assumed owner is working since they are more mindful of safety and rules.

The owner reached out and made it right after hearing my concerns and frustrations. My daughter and son still love it here and I'm happy the owner reached out.

Me and my husband took our kids on a Friday night we got there at 7: 45 we paid for an hour and at 7: 30 he started turning everything off but specifically told me I could stay and my kids could stay until 8: 00 p.m.
Very unprofessional he was the only one working there each area should have Hand sanitizer.
***If you want to charge your your customers to stay for an hour but close early then you need to hire more help.

My wife and kids showed up at 6: 55and paid for an hour. At 7: 10 they turned off the machines my son was playing with and said go play on the trampoline. We asked why they turned it off since we paid for an hour he said he would turn the machine back on only if we pick up after ourselves.does he ask all customers to do that? Anyway he turns it back on and then turns it off again and then throws a wet floor closed sign hoping we don't enter, and when we ask for half our money back If they are gonna shut down almost an hour early he rolls his eyes and turns the machine back on. Look I get if it was like 7: 50 and ten minutes before closing but there was still an hour left and we paid for an hour. Horribly rude. Do not go here unless you wanted to be treated with disrespect.

If u can't have people in ur place of business tht treat kids equal u should be shut down.
My little cousin was there and she was trying to play with the other kids but because she was African-American little girl the Caucasian kid little kids didn't play I treated her real mean because the color of her skin.but that's fine because for now on we will go somewhere where we are treated equal but you can't blame the kids you have to blame the parents because the racism is real

AFTER MY REVIEW, THE MANAGER CALLED ME & EXPLAINED THAT HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF FIXING THINGS AND APOLOGIZED FOR MY EXPERIENCE. I APPRECIATE THE FOLLOW UP AND TAKING MY REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION. STILL DEBATING IF I WILL RETURN OR NOT. I HAVE TAKEN MY KIDS AND FAMILY HERE MULITPLE TIMES. I EVEN HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE FOR MY SON LAST JUNE. STAFF'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD. JUST NOT THE SAME AS IT FIRST OPENED.

It used to be so clean! Toys missing everywhere for the little kitchen area.not many blocks anymore.the floors are DISGUSTING, WHERE KIDS HAVE SHOES REMOVED. KIDS SOCKS ARE NOT THAT DIRTY TO HAVE THE BLUE MATTS FOR THE LITTLE KID AREA BE A GREY COLOR INSTEAD OF LIGHT BLUE.you used to find staff cleaning every hour there. No ventilation.will prolly not be returning. TAKE ACCOUNTABILLIY INSTEAD OF FINDING EXCUSES. HAVE YOU BEEN INSIDE THERE LATELY? PARENTS SAVE YOUR MONEY. FIND A DIFFERENT INDOOR PLAY PLACE INSTEAD.

Quite dirty, old toys, crowded and pretty cold in winter. Shoes free areas overlap with areas with shoes.

Jolly Roger Land is the best indoor playground in the Bay Area. The owner is very adamant about keeping his playground clean, which can’t be said for most indoor play areas. The play area is very large and there’s even a trampoline area as well as lanes to ride tricycles/scooters. This place is well worth the cost!
