16I had a great experience with Dr. Pelayo. He listened to all my medical concerns, carefully, and I did have a long list of them. He addressed them all and formulated a medical plan for me that made sense. He was very thorough in completing my physical exam. He is a very professional and very caring doctor. And not only that it was the Thanksgiving weekend who would want to spend Thanksgiving in a mental ward Hospital.he to go to the mental hospital if I got sick.didn't want to speak to him accused me of not taking my medications and try I'm trying to say that I was very emotional.read all the emails he sent me I didn't even want to go see him.but I had to because of my medication for my anxiety.like anybody needs to be investigated it's him something is wrong with this doctor he must not have many patients and he's trying to take all of dr.lin I pray to God that doctor lin comes back safe and and Better Health. And he would never answer my husband email.

Dr. Pelayo is such a great doctor. I never really went to the Dr growing up and going now can be uncomfortable but once I went to his office, he is very understanding, explains everything and really cares about my health plan. He responds pretty quick every time I send him a message and always updates my appointment notes in the app. Great communication!
I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Pelayo today! He’s super efficient and empathetic and considerate at the same time. I’m bilingual in Spanish and he responded to my request to switch languages… he was just as caring and professional in both modes of communication. He is always in a hurry, he does not take the necessary time to review things, which is why i suffered a lot. I NEVER COME BACK
My appointment was with Dr. Pelayo, super nice and caring. He gave me many options to ease the pain I was dealing with and I would highly recommend him. The staff however, more specifically the receptionists in the internal medicine department, were not as pleasant. While waiting for Dr. Pelayo to give me a note for work as he said he would before I left the exam room, I overheard a receptionist asking the other about the note I was waiting for. Saying things like, “That’s a nurse’s task not the doctor’s” and proceeded to ask the other where I was, “Who’s the patient? Where’s the patient? Is she right in front of you? No? Well, then she has to wait” keep in mind all of this was in Spanish which I am translating to English. She kept saying, “Pues que se espera! ” as if I asked for the note repeatedly or persistently. I only told the receptionist that helped me once about the note. Very unprofessional with a poor attitude and look if you’re gonna talk about a patient or talk like that period, at least keep your voice down so no one can hear you. The waiting area is less than 10 feet away from you. She sat on the far left reception desk. Would have given a 5 if it weren’t for this receptionist’s unnecessary attitude.

I feel like I couldn’t be in better hands than with Dr. Pelayo. He is very thorough when going over my lab results and always answers all my questions. I am very lucky to have him as my doctor.
