It was a pleasure working with Jose – an excellent real estate agent on all fronts. Not only is he punctual, professional and super fast to respond — he is very kind and truly cares about his clients.
In addition, Jose is extremely knowledgeable about the home renovation & building world and was able to help us estimate how much things might cost to update and add-on when assessing the value and potential value of the house (while helping us realistically see what 'renos' do not add monetary value).
Last but not least, Jose has a fantastic 'Rolodex' of experts who can come in for inspections, quotes etc while in escrow. He was able to get us a radon test appointment extremely quickly (not that common of a test to do out here). On his own accord, he went to the house at 7 am to set up the testing kit so we could get enough test time in before the rain was scheduled (test must run 48 hours) and we were able to get test results the same day after the 48 hours elapsed.
We feel very fortunate to have had Jose as our agent. He was also able to help us negotiate on the price at the very end of escrow even though we did not have contingencies.

I worked with Jose to find a cabin in the Santa Cruz Mountains. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive and he helped me secure the perfect cabin at a good price - while also encouraging me to take my time and to make sure I was certain before moving forward. He was upfront about the negatives of each property and didn’t push to sell them. He really takes your side as the buyer and I can’t recommend him more. He also has a super powerful and productive team behind him.

Jose was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and I truly appreciated how he communicated and followed up every step of the process. The selling of our home came with some complications along the way, but Jose helped find solutions to make it work! The listing period was during the holidays, storms and power outages but he was always there and checking in. He helped us through the process to make some minor renovations and updates with the team of contractors, which ultimately helped with a smooth sale.
