Our experience with Golden Bay Mortgage was a bit unorthodox, due to the very short time frame in which we had to be moved out of our apartment. We had less than 45 days to find the right home, go through the entire process of qualifying for a Mortgage Loan and then closing on the sale.

Mr. J. Kelly really never had the efficient time allotment/opportunity to guide counsel us through all the ins-and-outs our Mortgage Loan Process. However, he did promise my wife and I that we would be in our home and assisted us through the process, as crest as possible. For the reason of honoring his words, we give Joseph Kelly "Five Star" approval.

My belief is that the provision/s of more time allotment, would have offered Mr. Kelly much more advantages to really advise us effectively in the process of mortgage lending.

Joseph Kelley was top class when it came to guidance, communication, and thoroughness. My wife and I came to him wanting to purchase our first home. I’ll preface this by mentioning my girlfriend and I are first time home buyers in the Bay Area. The home buying process was very intimidating to us. Our realtor recommended us to work with Joe and he made the process seem much easier than we initially imagined. He’s easy to talk to and answered all of our questions whether it was day or night. I worked with Joseph Kelly, and his Golden Bay Mortgage team on the purchase of my first home. The level of care, attention to detail, professionalism demonstrated, and to top it -EXPEDIENCY of action delivered by Joseph and his team surpassed my expectations.  Mind you, I already had been pre-approved by my bank.   However, when I needed a little bit more help, as far as increasing my pre-approved loan amount, I did not get the help I needed. The current housing market situation is very competitive,  the seller gave me a chance but gave a very short contingency option. I reached out to the bank mortgage officer I was working with via phone call, left a message, and emailed, to ask/beg, if he can make some adjustments and to try to meet the 2 pm deadline.  But sad to say, after all my nerves have gone to the roof, I did not hear from him. I knew, right there I am in good hands!  And the help did not end there- as a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated Joseph's walking me through the process. His team stays on top of every detail and is there for you every step of the way to answer any questions and address any concerns.  In just 10-12 days, we close, and now my family and I have a roof over our heads. Joe was highly recommended by our realtor. My boyfriend and I filled out his online application and Joe reached out immediately and spoke to us (on a Sunday night) about our goals and explained how the current market worked.
