Jose replaced 3 broken zipper locks on my electric guitar gig bag. The bag was ready the next day in time for my trip.

I went to a couple different shoe repair places to have some boots fixed, and Jose’s was the best. So helpful and friendly, great customer service and turn around time. I’ll definitely be going back.

Jose was able to repair my zipper while I waited. I expected to drop off the zipper I needed repaired and pick it up a few days later, but he was able to repair it on the spot. The reason I went to him was because he was able to repair a friend's high quality leather dance shoes. I hoped he could provide me with a similar result- and he has.

Wonderful work. I'm so relieved I can still take my shoes here with covid destroying so many businesses. Great way to dhop local.

What a horrible experience, don’t waste your time coming here. They don’t care about your items. I dropped off a leather bag for a simple zipper replacement last week. He told me it would be ready today. I show up and nothing was done. He made up some lame excuses but I know he just forgot or completely disregarded the item.
