Josey Baker Bread, San Francisco CA

Went to a Pizza making class here. They did a great job, and it was a lot of fun. We were able to enjoy a few expenses and some appetizers before the class. Both were very good. They also make their own fluor in-house.so cool. Great place for fresh breads and a cup of coffee.

We go here for bread all of the time. All though it may seem pricey, the bread is heavy and very good.

The mocha with non-dairy milk was perfect and so was the sourdough bread with almond butter and the ham and cheese croissant. Absolutely delicious. Haven’t found any bakery as good as this in NYC. Must visit if you are in SF!

Pizza class—learned pizza making intracacies—dough, toppings according to your taste, baking-YUM! Great class!

I moved to San Francisco after living in Paris for six years and we all know how seriously the French take their bread. It is therefore with absolute certainty that I can tell you: Josie’s bread is the best bread. We are loyal wheat, seed, or sourdough fans for a year and a half now. Thank you to the Josie team and The Mill for bringing real bread to the “Paris of the Pacific”.
