Joshua Apartments reviews
5If you give them the deposit, it’s not deposit anymore, it’s their money even if you return the apt like the first day. Do not expect them to care about your problem especially noise problems. Do not live in Third floor under the pool which is on 4th floor, they are always gathering and diving above you and management didn’t care about you. 5 manager over a year. Three times water falling from roof to your apt in one year and etc. These are facts that I faced over a year and you might’ve a better experience.
I wanted to live here so bad, but the leasing manager is unresponsive. I've been trying to reach them for WEEKS, nobody receives my calls. I've scheduled and appointment online, nobody called me back at all. I've emailed them too, never got any answer ever. If the leasing agent this bad how bad could be the community manager there? Also the landlord company (Decron) has many unfair business practices, be aware and ask your questions and clarify everything before you commit. They have many traps, like increasing prices, only 10 month of lease (then they increase it), hidden fees, ignorance.better if you find something else. Try to avoid all Decron buildings.
The staff is great and handles everything that come up very quickly and efficiently. Jojo and Myra on the maintenance staff always go above and beyond to make sure any and all service work is completed and done correctly.
Responsive management and maintenance teams. Apartments are very updated and mostly well insulated. Hallways and building amenities are kept consistently clean. Very pet friendly.
These are some of the better apartments in the area for the money. Hard to find a replacement in the price range. Not the biggest apartments and not much storage space. No external vent for the stove so the apartments get smokey/stinky of cooking something that out gasses. The pool and hot tub have way too much chlorine. So I don't really use them. The grill was broken for a long time but they finally fixed it. Otherwise the maintenance crew is very responsive and usually resolve issues on the same day. Can't really complain too much about this place. It's clean. Well kept and overall I like the management. Like I said, it's a good building and compares well against most buildings in the area. It's a younger crowd living here too so sometimes you hear music. Personally I actually like that. If you are the type that complains about noise all the time - buy a house.
