11After the battery I bought from this place had a bad cell, I was happy Gladys told me to to come back for another batter. When I arrived Gladys was not there and the worker had an attitude. He literally said "this is too hard, its too hot". Then turned to a customer and asked for help removing the baterry they put in. I was in shock. I ended up leaving with the replacement battery in my trunk since it was "too hard" for the employee.wow

This place is a joke! I bought a new battery (10-19-2019) for a mustang and in 4.5 months (2-29-2020) it stopped taking the charge, so I went back for a warranty replacement with receipt. They said it wasn't there battery. That someone took the time to steal my battery replace it with another mustang battery, tighten the clamps holding battery down, tighten clamps on the post. Mind you I also have 2 pit bulls. THEY'VE LOST MY BUSINESS. Don't buy new batteries from them. I'm not buying anything anymore. Tried to help a small business
Very RUDE.left me on hold for 15 mins to look for the part, then got back on the phone and asked what part then hung up in my face.
Sold me a bad used battery but replaced it with no problems cuz I had the receipt and they cover 30 days

I've Always had Purchased of Batteries, so naturally I was Surprised and caught off guard when we purchased a used battery for Our daughters car. Both were horrible! The second battery almost made her stop on the freeway when she was traveling to work. They attempted to to place blame on her car, but Our mechanic provided us with a thumbs up with her car. The problem was the used battery, no good. Finally on the third visit we her Dad and I bought her a new battery and that was three days ago with a one year warranty. Thus far, no issues.
My mechanic was so rude to them and disredpectful. I had to call and aplogize. They still got my altetnator done in a timely manner. Thank you
Very helpful service, and helped me deduce that the problem with my car was with my alternator and not my battery.
They will not give you a refund even if they sell you the wrong battery, which they did!
Don't waste your time or your money.
SO FAR NOT SO GOOD. I DISLIKE HOW I PAY FOR A WARRANTY AND THEY DON'T PUT STUFF IN THE COMPUTER AND WANT TO SAY I NEED A RECITE OR UR NOT GETTING AN EXCHANGE. WE HAVE THINGS get lost n faded half the recited I do have for my car parts I can't read cuz it's faded. This is WRONG n I'm not a happy person right now. MY HUSBAND works his butt off and we pay for our things.
