Joshua's Pest Control, San Diego CA

This company is extremely professional and responsive. I am a new customer but so far I have been impressed with their approach to pest control and customer service.

Brandon was great. He took his time inspecting everywhere. Found wood termites which I knew I had but found remnants of subterranean termites also. I did mention I thought my home was treated for these some years ago and he found proof of where they drilled around the house. Whew! I’ve had two other companies give me quotes. I still have to make a decision but Brandon made it easier.

Using Joshuas’s has kept the ant population around my yard and walkway to a minimal level. They come when they’re scheduled and work fast and efficiently.

Just had a termite inspection and Brandon was great. He took the time to explain each part of his initial inspection, answered all the follow up questions I had professionally and told me how best to proactively prepare my house for the future. Thank you so much, Brandon!

So many good things to say about Joshua’s Pest Control! They spay our property on a quarterly basis and since they started (2 years ago) we haven’t had any issues with bugs entering the house. They give me such peace of mind because I never have to set up the appointment, they do it automatically, arrive on time, and are extremely communicative. Not only is the spray service effective, but their customer service is excellent any each member of their team is efficient and knowledgeable. They are a joy to work with!

Joshua’s regular pest service is excellent. They are everything I marked. They go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met without any hesitation.

I cant say we never have pests but if I call they pick up quickly and are able to have someone come out and take care of the issue.

This is the second time we have had Joshua's to our home and they were fantastic again. This time was for a FREE inspection for termites and they were on time, super professional, and very knowledgeable about the process. They took the time to show me certain areas and explain what sort of damage we have. We will for sure be having them back to do the tenting for us. Could not be more pleased with this company.

This is the 1st time going with this company. The Technician was very professional and attentive. The spider problem is outside mainly in yard bushes and trees. I was informed by the technician that would be a separate service? If that’s the case am I going to need two separate contracts? I’m a little confused.

Hired this company for our routine preventative fumigation. They were thorough, professional, friendly and timely! Managing two dogs, a baby and a school aged boy the technician was patient and understanding!

Service rep Billy was very thorough and took the time to point out several concerns to me. He was especially great at removing old cobwebs from eaves of home that were missed by last tech. Thanks Billy, excellent job!

Been using Joshua’s for years at our home and they’re great. We recently sold our home and moved. We’re using them at our new place since they did such a great job at our previous home. Otto is the best. We had an ant problem that the company as a whole missed on, frankly, for a few weeks.
Don’t get me wrong- this is a great pest control company and we are generally so, so pleased; it was a glitch in their radar, and the whole team came together so professionally and sent us Otto.

We needed a bit more time/ research to get to the root of the issue, and we were lucky to get Otto.

Otto was kind and patient and beyond thorough. He took the time to investigate the root issues in my home and outside. He patiently discovered several areas of concern in my canyon-facing yard. He communicated thoroughly, gave me some pointers, listened and gave sage advice.
