This transportation company has been transporting my father to and from dialysis for a little over a year now. The drivers are friendly and professional and are rarely late. Whenever my dad has had an issue (late pick up, driver unsure of a particular process, etc.) I feel comfortable reaching out to dispatch; they're an empathetic, friendly team and are willing to come up with a solution if needed. Most importantly, my dad feels comfortable and accommodated during his trips. I would recommend this transportation company to others. Thank you, Journey Transport!
I have a video of one of their transport vans cutting across two lanes of traffic just to make an exit that they nearly missed. On the bright side when I called in the lady in the office was really helpful and very apologetic.
Had a know-it-all driver that was more concerned about being right in the conversation then getting the passenger safely on board.
Then called to speak with the manager was told I would be called back the same day and never heard from anybody.
You guys never got my dad. He is now an hour and a half late for his dialysis treatment. And we called non stop nobody answered the phone till an hour after his treatment time.you guys don't care.
