4Needed a corsage on short notice. I placed an order late Thursday night for Saturday pick up. They called me Friday morning to let me know their store is not open for pick up on Saturdays (delivery only), but graciously offered to let me pick it up Friday afternoon, instead. The corsage was reasonably priced and is beautiful. I'll definitely remember Joy Flower Shop in future.
Arrangement arrived as promised - beautifully arranged. Loved that there was an option to receive a text with a photo of the arrangement prior to it being delivered. The online ordering process was seamless as well.
Amazing customer service. Even sent a picture of the product before they delivered it. Great value for the product as well!
