I don’t usually go reviews but I needed to do one for Helen the girl at this nail salon I visited. I’m really picky and could not find a nail artist that I just loved everything about. Thank you Helen for such an amazing job!

By far my favorite nail salon for many reasons! The service is top tier and the ladies are all amazing. Helen did my nails tonight and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Your one stop shop!

I went in to get ONE NAIL fixed, and the receptionist was very rude and questioning me over and over if I had come there for the rest of my nails, which I said yes to every time, and was given a look for. The lady who did my nails did it so fast that it was thick and crooked. I understand it was busy, but if you’re gonna fit me in to fix ONE NAIL, which doesn’t take long, there’s no reason to screw it up if you want this paying customer to come back. Once I was done, the same receptionist checked me out and gave me attitude because I didn’t want to use Venmo for the $5 it costed because they wanted to charge a fee, and I didn’t have cash on me. I’ve been coming here for a long time, and the more I go, the more issues I come across. I will not be going back. I may sound like an average white chick complaining on Google, but if I’m paying for a service, I should get that service without attitude, especially for ONE NAIL.

It's OK, I had the basic pedicure, $28 seems pretty expensive for basic. My polish chiped in two days, disappointing.

The tools used for my pedicure were not properly sterilized. It also should have been made clear that the only payment they accept is Zelle or Venmo, and the ATM machine was not working. As this made it difficult for me because I don’t have Zelle or Venmo. My pedicure was nice but I prefer to go to a salon that properly sterilize tools.

I always love my services here. Been going there over a year after my place had a change of ownership. Always great!

SORRY - NO JOY HERE!

Kelly, Kelly, Kelly… You have been a naughty girl. You trash-talked (in Vietnamese) about a first time guest (that would be me) from start to finish. First, you complained that you ignored me because I was wearing shades. Girl, that’s shady! Then, you complained that my appointment was at 5: 00pm and I arrived at 5: 15pm. To be fair, I did call because I was running late and I arrived at 5: 11pm, you just ignored me.

Second, you talked about a customer sitting next to me as you kept staring at her, possibly causing this lady to squirm a little which likely prompted you to compliment her hair color. Totally awkward moment!

In fact, Kelly, you were actually the only worker who spoke a lot and many times inappropriately about customers. Perhaps we can work harder to focus on providing exceptional service, instead of gossiping about our guests. Basically, I paid $1 per minute for a $28 pedicure; I added (though I struggled if you even deserved any gratuity) $1 tip for your reaction. True to form, you complained that you only got $1. When was gratuity a right and not a privilege? Kelly, you didn’t earn anything but a reprimand.

Overall, Kelly was over-rated and provided only mediocre service. She didn’t even bother applying the final clear coat to seal in the color. The massage felt painful and thankfully brief but I felt somehow cheated. I wonder if the reviews would be different if customers knew or realized what Kelly was really chatting about? ! Amy was providing better service to another customer sitting next to me. In fact, the other workers rarely spoke as Kelly appeared to be the dominant personality who can’t seem to stop talking. Chatty Kelly, why is that?

Words to consider, Kelly will likely talk about you (good or bad), so you know if she likes you if she actually did a good job and not rush you to pay and push you out the door…

One ️ Rating is all for you, Kelly! You earned it! Perhaps you can be kinder and more respectful towards your customers. Additionally, none of the customers were offered any water to drink. Sorry but truth was there was NO JOY HERE.

The prices are right here, I got the spa pedicure witch says it's $28 dollars but as soon as you go pay the lady told me it was $61.00 for just a spa pedicure, how can I report this place I have all the prove recites and everything the lady was so suspicious the whole time she even ask me to pay her cash and she would lower it down for me. Don't get me wrong the pedicure turn very cute but not for $61.00

I love my nails when I go here! Great job! The women are very sweet and speak English! They make you feel welcome!

Helen did an excellent job! She really listened and matched exactly what I wanted taking the time to do an excellent job!

The service was great. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The woman helping me did a wonderful job on my pedicure. 10/10 recommend this place!

They are the most professional, efficient and talented nail artists in north county. Vivian and Judy are the best!

My sister and I made appointments for 2 gel polish change pedicures and 2 liquid gel fill manicures for 2pm on a thursday. My sister was not seen until 2: 45 after 45 minutes of waiting. We didn’t leave the nail salon until well after 4pm. One of my nails broke on Sunday so I returned on Monday to get it repaired. I walked in at 12: 20pm and was told to sit and wait until someone was available. I understand I would have to wait walking in without calling ahead, however I sat for 30 minutes before the manager (i assume) came over to start fixing my nail. She then buffed it and had it soak for 15 minutes while she walked away. This couldn’t be done in the 30 minutes I was sitting and waiting? Halfway through my nail being fixed, the manager had a different nail tech finish fixing my nail.so didn’t walk out of the nail salon until 1: 25pm. There was no apology for the long wait or estimated time I would have been waiting, otherwise I would have come back at a later time. I will not be returning to this nail salon and would not recommend it to anyone who values their own time.

The moment I walked in the door, they greeted me with. How may I help you? I only waited 10 minutes and I was served by a young lady who gave me a awesome awesome nail job. Everybody’s compliment me every day on my new nail polish in this is a new store to me, so yes, five stars. Great place to get your nails done.

I had a very nice pedicure. Prices are clearly marked. Employees are very kind and friendly.
