2I took Jackie's Floating Yoga class and it was amazing! I signed up because it looked fun and interesting but I got way more out of it than expected! The floating fabric really allows you to get some thorough, deep stretches in, resulting in your body feeling soooo relaxed after class. I also had the opportunity to speak with Kelsey and she is very kind and understanding, I highly recommend signing up or at least trying out a class!
RORY was such a wonderful instructor! So thoughtful and calming. She had a great mix of challenging poses and modifications to suit wherever you are in your practice. She guided us with her soothing yet cheerful voice and created a warm, welcoming energy to start the day with. The studio is so charming with its decorations.
