Staff came to my house on time. They were professional, and did the work in a timely manner. Everything was put back together and the work area was left clean. Very satisfied with the experience.

Mark and Quentin came to our house to replace our flexible heating and ac ducting up in the attic. They were on time and got right to the job. Pulled out the old ducting and replaced with new R8 ducting. They did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left. Overall very happy with the job they did.

Mark from JR Putman came out to do the repairs we approved from the emergency service call the previous week. He was very nice, explained what he would be doing, and got everything repaired and running perfectly. Then he reminded us that the duct replacement team would arrive e next day to replace our very old and brittle ducts that had popped off some of our vents, which is today. The duct team came on time today, used drop clothes in and around everywhere they worked, and helped balance the flow of air Mark had set up the previous day by making sure each register had a nice tightly sealed duct sending lots of air. They cleaned up and were done- we felt very safe with them in our home, and the system is working better than ever now. I would recommend them highly.

Technician was on time. Professional and took care of business in short amount of time. Really like the JR Putman new approach for your appointment time - no more sitting around for 4 hour blocks of time.

Efraim was really helpful from start to finish. He explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. I have a 13 year old system - a lot of hvac companies might have recommended replacement, but Efraim recommended doing a ‘mini-overhaul’, replacing just a couple key parts to hopefully extend the unit’s life quite a bit. This was very inexpensive and completed in less than 2 hours.

Technician Chris was great! We had an A/C tune up and Chris showed up on time and took the time to explain things to me. Will definitely be using them for any hearing and air needs in the future.

JR Putman has been my go-to resource for all my heating and air conditioning needs for years. I love the people and the company's careful protocol. Having a service policy has kept my unit functioning properly and reliably during hot and cold months for about the same cost as one service call.

Brain was on time, very courteous and was professional. He was fast and did a remarkable job removing two bathroom faucets, and installing two new bathroom faucets. He estimated two hours but was finished in less then an hour and half. We would use his services again. Cleaned up after the jobs were done. We were very satisfied with his workmanship.

Kyle, was fantastic! Would definitely call JR Putman Plumbing and Heating again hands down. I got next day service and Kyle arrived on time and was very clean, polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and promptly assessed the situation found the problem and it was fixed with no hitches. I am a very happy customer for life.
