JRP is a terrific remodeling company! They did a remodel of our master bathroom which was quite extensive and most recently, a second bathroom. Grant was the project supervisor on the first remodel, and Mike Fagan was the supervisor on the second. Mike would not leave until all questions were answered and all concerns addressed. Their workers show up EVERY day, right on time, and leave only after fully cleaning up for the day. All of their employees assigned to your job are immediately responsive and never leave you with questions unanswered or problems unresolved. I would highly recommend JRP for any home project you are considering.

We are extremely happy with our remodel from JRP. They have a wonderful team and do quality work. Nicole always listened to my ideas and was very helpful coming up with a design idea. Vinny is the best project manager and was always there to make sure things were running smoothly and to make sure we were doing well. We recently had a warranty issue and they handled it immediately. I can count on them getting it done in a timely manner and always following up with us. I definitely would use them again.

We used JRP for a 300 square addition, as well as for a kitchen remodel and remodeling 3 bathrooms, new flooring, new stairs, and interior remodeling. They are a very professional general contractor and we were very happy with the end result. Justin is the owner and he worked with us on the initial design and budgeting process. From there we worked with their in house architect and interior designers to create the design for our addition on all of the new interiors. The designers weren't the best and not that creative but luckily I have a background in design so thats not exactly why we hired them but the designers were very willing to work with me and were helpful in material and color selections. After the designs and products were selected and approved, they completed a full set of computer generated construction documents and 3D modeling, of what the house would look like when complete. This is very helpful in the design process! Once the construction documents were complete, they submitted them for permit to the city and got all necessary permits to proceed with construction, this took 10 weeks. Once construction began they assigned us our own project manager Grant. Grant was extremely professional and always organized and reliable. He cared for the project and always took control of any problem that came up, and solved any issues very well. Every sub contractor that was brought onto the job was courteous and professional and did high quality work. You can tell they had good relationships with their sub contractors which is important to get the best quality work. The entire process took 6 months (as predicted) and they were on schedule throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with JRP and we recommend them for those people who demand the highest quality contractor and construction process. We whole heartedly would use them again, no question!

Recently, I hired JRP to remodel my kitchen. The JRP design team transformed my vision of a modern farmhouse chic kitchen into a reality. In working with their design team, they listened to every idea I had and took every inspiration photo I’d saved and assisted me in selecting all the materials that translated into the beautiful kitchen I now love. Their expertise and guidance in removing a wall opened the kitchen to the family room which allowed me to add an enormous island creating a central entertaining & gathering area for our friends & family. The cozy breakfast nook with my beloved shiplap is my favorite place to be.

Both my husband and I loved working with the production team from beginning to end. They posted a Job Rules sign on-site for all the workmen to follow. Not only were the workmen friendly and courteous every day of the job, but they also left our house immaculately clean when they finished. The communication with the project manager through their online program allowed me to easily check the daily construction progress and monitor the work schedule.

Recently, my husband and I hired JRP to remodel our kitchen and we could not be happier with the end result. We were looking for a company that had design services included to really help with the whole process for our first big remodel project.

We had Sierra as our designer with JRP and she was absolutely amazing with taking our ideas, the concepts we wanted included in our new kitchen, and style choices and turning it into a reality. My husband and I were so relieved to not be overwhelmed with thousands of selections of backsplash, paints, tiles, etc. We fully trusted Sierra with our project design and are so grateful for all she did to help develop our dream kitchen!

Mike was our project manager and to say he is phenomenal would be a huge understatement. He made the entire remodel way less stressful from the start of demo to the finish date. He was constantly communicating to my husband and I and we always knew what to expect and what the progress was. With every remodel there are delays and bumps in the road. On the rare occasion that happened with our project, Mike addressed it quickly and made sure everything was to our liking and we were happy. We were so lucky to have Mike managing our project!

I always heard how draining and overwhelming kitchen remodels are and our whole team at JRP (Mike, Sierra, and Rob) made the process seamless. We never felt worried with JRP at the helm. We will absolutely use JRP again for any future remodel projects!

Truly a professional business in every respect. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with from first phone call, to multiple design meetings-Justin, Lori, Grant, Tiffany, Laura, Nicole, Sammy, and all the in house construction crew and subs. We threw a big challenge at the team- convert a tract tudor to a craftsman with a modern flair. (we didn't think it could be done). Well we were proven wrong- exterior and interior of home is 85% new. Exterior was torn down to studs and replaced with new Hardee siding, a porch, new stone on chimneys. Inside the whole first floor was gutted, replaced with modern kitchen, wainscoting paneling, new stone and tile around fireplaces, new windows throughout and redesigned flow. The architectural assistance was outstanding. Having a design center at their office proved to be a huge time saver and made selction actually enjoyable. No running around to different vendors! There were supply chain issues but that is not JRP's fault and was expected. Building plans and permits were handled easily. Communication from first meeting to finsihed delivery was seamless and frequent. The app 'Buildertrend ' kept us informed every step of the way. When problems arose- they were handled professionally with us. (we have said 'professional' in this review numerous times because they are PRO's!) Honest. Professional. Trustworthy as a GC and with great subs. We were apprehensive and didnt want to overspend. JRP was worth every dollar we spent on our forever home. Oh- and they warranty the work and we are confident they we be there for us if needed. Thank you Justin, Lori and team!

We worked with JRP to completely remodel our house including the kitchen, master bathroom, new staircase, flooring and painting. Grant, Sammy, Nicole and Corey were all great in helping us transform our home into exactly what we wanted.

Grant was on top of the work and ensured we could be back in the house within the timeline Justin had given us. Corey and Nicole were great in giving design suggestions. Sammy kept everything organized and followed up as needed. And Tiffany was a pleasure when we reached out to the office or dropped in for design consultations or to drop off a check.

Lori and Justin run a great organization. They do quality work, have a fabulous staff and delivered as promised. We are thrilled with the transformation and are enjoying our new home!

I am happy to report that our family has moved back into our beautiful newly remodeled home! We have JRP Design & Remodel to thank for that. From start to finish it has been such a fun and exciting adventure. Don't get me wrong, any and all construction projects are going to have their unforeseen headaches, delays, and bumps along the way. Very professional. Mike Fagan is an excellent project manager, very easy to work with, with terrific attention to detail and keeping everything on schedule while providing high quality workmanship. Nicole Valentine, the design consultant, was also extremely easy to work with, and came with excellent options; she also had a mind meld with Holly on the various ideas. Sammy and Victor also were a pleasure to work with. The overall team was responsive, and the result is terrific. I would also add that my neighbors also complimented the team for their consideration, and advance notice of things like noise.

JRP Design & Remodel just completed a complete remodel of our Westlake Trails home taking it down to the "studs". JRP was instrumental in the design phase as well as the complete re-construction and supervision. The job included complete redesign and expansion of a "dream" kitchen, engineering a new space for a wine room, expanded pantry, while redesigning the master suite and bath and every bathroom in the house (5). Justin, Hayley and Kristin provided very creative and innovative improvements to the infrastructure in addition to fantastic designs for fixtures, tiles, floors, treatments, windows, etc. We have done several design builds and remodels and no company compares with JRP and their team. Vinnie, the job Superintendent, managed this job and every detail from start to finish. Always available, always responsive and very good at follow through. Vinnie is, without a doubt, the best superintendent we have ever worked with. He managed a team of JRP employees and sub-contractors that, to a person, were highly professional, responsive and good natured; a pleasure to have around for an extended period of construction. JRP provides a unique combination of high-quality design and build services that will ensure that the process will be as painless as construction can be while producing an end product that you will love. We highly recommend JRP and probably more importantly, we would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat!

Grant and Nicole did an outstanding job for us. Grant was an ideal project manager. He was on site almost daily, scheduling every subcontractor and making sure every detail was taken care of. He was always ready to step in if there was a problem or issue that had to be resolved. We couldn't have done this project without him. Nicole took our concept and executed it beautifully. From selecting tile and hardware to choosing paint colors, she had great ideas and offered a myriad of suggestions every step of the way. We would not hesitate to work with JRP again.
