If I could give 10 stars I would. I went in my computer had crashed right before my online school started. My computer was immediately started on and up and running in 24 hours. I could not have asked for better service. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done on my computer. This is the place to go to get fast reliable service and have all your questions answered.

As long as i am anywhere in the inland empire Jay is absolutely the go to guy for any of my devices. Had a problem with my Bose so called their customer service. Bose refered me to Jay. Very fair and reasonable prices. Trustworthy. HIs office is relaxed and friendly

JT did an amazing job with my daughter's iPhone. I texted him and he agreed to meet me the same day (literally in 10 minutes!) and fixed it up good as new. He even went the extra mile to make sure everything lined up properly and then set me up with a screen protector. Hopefully, I don't need another screen replaced, but if I do, he is my first call!

Forgot my Xbox one S cord in Los Angeles. Visiting family for the holidays. He really hooked me up in the matter of an hour.

! I got up to my mountain home and realized I forgot my laptop charger. A common occurrence, usually with no resolution in a small town. JT immediately drove a charger to my home to lend to me because he did not have my model available to sell me. Such an amazing, neighborly, kind and helpful thing to do. He literally saved my work week, which would have been a disaster!
Before I reached out to him, I called another local person in town, but I was without a car, and I would have to go to their location to get the charger. We don’t even have an uber available, so that option wasn’t going to work.
JT really went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank him enough. Anytime I need anything related to a computer, I know who I’m reaching out to!

Jorge didn’t have an iPhone 7 screen for my phone but ordered it quick, had it delivered next day, and finished before I was even ready for pickup. I recommend you go to him if you want premium service!

I recently cracked my phone screen, and needed to have it fixed since it kept getting worse. I live in Big Bear and nobody was able to fix it. Fortunately, I found JT and was very impressed.
