I was thouroughly impressed w/ the service for one. Two different employees/owner gave me theee most excellent service. Super super knowledgeable about their inventory. The best in the business. And Ive been to several places around town. I purchased a guitar on consignment in store there. Plays beautifully as it was already set up from previous owner. Just right. And bought a guitar stand for an affordable price. Ty to the owner and his employee. Talented for sure. Ty.

They are amazing! Great customer service! Also he took care of the problem In less than 10 minutes and best part they don't take a leg and an arm for their service! Definitely going back!

Great experience got the jam with one of the workers he kicked down some drums and bass track at the same time pretty sweet he did it with his feet and hands playing the bass I was impressed had a real good time jamming

I don't write reviews often, but I'm happy to give JT's Music, and Dan specifically, every bit of a 5 star review. I brought in a new Guild guitar for setup and Dan not only went through every inch of the guitar, making a number of adjustments, but he also spent 15 minutes walking me through the fixes and helping me understand the instrument better. Simply good ol' fashion, small-town customer service. If only all music shops would operate that way! The staff here is friendly and incredibly helpful. They definitely won a future customer.

Took my squire in for some work. Dan had it ready for me the next day really great work even let me test it out before I left the shop
