15I work at Jamba but I come here for the great guest service. I wish I could replace my employees with this set of staff.
This place is very fast when making drinks. I ordered and was watching Tglc video which is only 2 minutes long and they were done making my drink a few minutes after I finished watching the video. So I would recommend coming here. It's not too loud depending on what day you go cause I don't know. But this is a great place it surrounds by a lot of things the park, etc.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff who helped me find the perfect drinks/juices every time I come in to navigate food allergies and make good suggestions for substitutions that still tasted yummy. Some places aren't so helpful in this, but staff went above and beyond every time I came in. I also appreciate that they give a military discount with proper ID.
I will go out of my way to visit this store! The staff is amazing, and always make my drinks perfectly. Perfect, best of the best!
Absolutely amazing service! Manager holding it down and so beyond polite! Will return every chance I get. My bowls were amazing THANK YOU! Came in 11-10-2022 about 3pm
Juices are way over priced and smoothies way to sweet. Very unprofessional work environment. A lot of drama surrounding this place
Asked for a bowl, got soup. Only reason it wasn’t one star was bc the customer service was decent.
Had an unfortunate visit most likely due to a misunderstanding. They were apologetic and I got a different cashier today that was nothing but kind.
Used to be my favorite location. But idk what happened. Lately they are just awful. Last time they made my order wrong this time not only was it wrong, there were two long strands of hair mixed into my bowl. It was disgusting. I will never go back.
Customer service is not great. The gentleman taking orders not friendly at all doesn’t greet you very stone faced, on his own personal cell phone while taking an order.
Manager at this location wasn't professional with customers. The other employees are great.
Very disappointed. Used to be my favorite location.not anymore last two times I have ordered here they have messed up my order and drinks are always wrong.nasty.dont you follow a recipe book!? So everyone makes them the same! This is supposed to be lucky lemon punch.not even close
Went to get drinks stood at counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and me and my wife were the only one in the place. Then the restrooms closed not for cleaning just no restrooms. They blamed covid truth laziness and just didn't want to clean them
I ordered online and once I entered the building to grab my order it was given to me in a very timely and professional and courteous manner excellent service from juice it up, highly recommended.
Really awesome service, everyone is friendly especially Jake, he's awesome and the drinks are good.
