Amazing employees, great service.especially from Natalia she’s so awesome

I normally go to this location. On my way to work. I usually use the app to order. Today I went around 3: 30 PM ordered on the app 15 minutes before I got there. When I got there, it was me a gentleman and two women that were together. I asked if my drink was ready and I’m assuming she was the lead, she said I’m gonna make it right now the other two girls were in a conversation with a gentleman that was there. Who was waiting in the pick up section. The girl goes to the register and says what do you want to him and she gives him a free drink. Another girl comes in that the lead knows and she gives her a free drink. I asked excuse me do you have my drink. They look around at each other, and because the girl was so distracted with making her friend free drinks.she forgets I’m there and puts the drink in the fridge so 30 mins after i ordered a drink online that said it would be ready in 10 I get there in 15.wasted my time because they wanted to socialize and give out free drinks… won’t be returning on the weekends or during that shift.

Have visited location numerous occasions picking up customers orders and personal time.

I don't have a favorite item to recommend.

However, I recently ordered a smoothie named The Zone.
I would order it again.

Love their drinks so good I always get the Lucky Lemon Punch it has all the fruit I love and there are some healthy drinks, if ur looking for something healthy then this is the spot for u.

Love my local Juice it up in Chino near the Spectrum. They always hire the nicest staff ever. Tonight we were kindly greeted by Aliera and Gia made us the BEST Red Gummy smoothie. Can’t wait to go back.

Just had the best juice in a while at this location. The cashier Giamae was very welcoming and Sophia treated me very well also. I will be coming back here.
