Juice It Up!, Apple Valley CA

Such an amazing group of people work there! They are all so friendly and welcoming! The quality of drinks is amazing, absolutely love this place

I order from this location almost daily, I really hope the newer staff will do better with keeping the fruit because I have been sick twice from my bowls recently: (please and thank you! Usually I love this place!

Shop says it closes at 930. A lady saw me walking up at 905 tonight and turned off the open sign and had the doors locked.

This location is hit or miss. Drinks are not consistent. Sometimes they are good. Sometimes they are not.

A very young looking girl took my order and was super friendly and patient with me as it was my first time visiting this place. She helped me understand the menu and sure enough made me a delicious smoothie. I will be back thank you!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a large greens smoothie which they allowed me to customize free of charge because I'm trying to cut back on sugar. My BIL ordered a medium superfruit sunrise. Two drinks came to just under $20. It was pretty busy so we had to wait around 10 mins for our order. Im only giving 4 stars because the guy who made my smoothie added a bunch of ice to fill the blender rather than adding additional ingredients. I was disappointed at how icy my smoothie was but we didnt have time to have them make another one. I'd likely go back and make sure to communicate that I would rather have plain water than ice so my smoothie wouldnt be so cold.

I visited the juice it up on apple valley rd on 11-08-22 @3: 38 pmand reciced poor customer service by server Brianna k. I felt as if my business wasn't appreciated.
I won't return but will frequent the other location in victorville.

Very nice and welcoming staff, and I love getting the chili lime mango here! Just wish they had pretzels still!

Unfortunately this location has a bad habit of NOT answering their phones to say, please hold. I had to call 4 times. On other days it is exactly the same, no matter what time you call. It is very unorganized and I am sad that I’ve had to go other places over juice it up because they simply don’t answer their phone.
Also, it is very disappointing to still show up to the store even when the employees don’t answer their phones… Just to see that they are not even that busy! The drink was not bad, but definitely could have been made better. This location lacks consistency with customer service and with how the drinks taste. It was also very tense and that environment. As a customer you don’t really feel welcomed.
