3I have been seeing Dr. Valdez for years, and she is among the best physicians I have been to. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. All of her staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The high desert is lucky to have Dr. Valdez
I really liked Dr. Valdez and saw her every few months for close to a decade for dry eye plugs. Then my insurance changed and I was sent to Pacific Eye Care where at my first appt.they discovered I had pre-glaucoma and needed a procedure to prevent instant blindness. Something Dr. Valdez did NOT discover in all my Many appt.with her. And while some of her staff are descent I do agree with other reviewers that much her staff can be rude and lack empathy.
RUDE FROMT OFFICE! Tried to make an appointment she’s rude mean cruel! I used to go here not coming back! She needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Huffs and puffs and yells, if you don’t have your cards we won’t see you PEROID! Not kidding.going to another dr! Ok I know why my dr left here!
