Julie Ha is a true professional! She worked on my eyebrows and did a great job. I really appreciate the fact that she's patient and listened to how I wanted my brows and made all the adjustments needed. I highly recommend you to see her! You will not be disappointed.

Julie saved my eyebrows and now they look amazing. I keep coming back to her because she’s the best. I would not recommend this salon for any of your eyelash extension services. I had an appointment for a refill and when I was on my way the traffic on the freeway completely stopped due to an accident and construction. A total mess! I communicated with the artist right away of my 20 minute delay and she said she could wait; so I drove as fast as I can to get to my appointment. As I'm exiting the freeway; artist called and said "your late" I am leaving now, " I explained to her that I was still within the 20mins time frame of what we had agreed and she said sorry. You can rescheduled. Or my boss can refunded you the deposit. I requested for all of my future deposits to be refunded, but as of right now; no refund has been issued. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for this type of service, specially when the client communicates with the artist of what had transpired. It was a total wasted of my time.

Julie is the best. This was my first time with eyebrow nanoblading. She is very professional and she takes her time to makes sure your brows are done right. She is very thorough and I love my new eyebrows!

Julie is very warm and welcoming, the shop is clean and very nicely decorated. Julie takes her time and is very detailed, explains everything and gets your approval at every step. She seems to be a perfectionist and will not continue until she is happy with the work/progress - and you are too! I would refer her and am very happy with the results thus far.
