Dr. Roth showed up ON TIME, was pleasant and caring and had a genuine interest in my well being. This is the model all doctors should reference.
Unfortunately, Dr. Roth is not taking on new patients (I’m in search of a new PCP since firing Mary Alexander) and the reason for that is because Dr. Roth doesn’t find it fair to her patients to take on more. That would mean more backlog, longer wait times for appointments, and less personalized care for her patients. Man, if only ALL the doctors would take this initiative.
