Julz Corp Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Murrieta CA

JulzCorp is a company that represents integrity, mindfulness, and quality. As an employee of Julz it is my responsibility to give each and every client the same level of respect, patience, and due diligence during the process of renovations.

I recently had my entire kitchen remodeled. Julz Corp was the contractor assigned by Lowes. The demo was done in a day, everything was cleaned up and ready for the next stage. The cabinets were installed by a highly trained professional. This guy was really good at his job and i was very happy with the install. When it came to the rest of the install, Issac and Rich were very professional and did quality work. The work was performed on time and when they said it would be. I would reccomend Julz for any kitchen remodel that have. They did a quality job for me and it was a pleasure working with them.

I ordered new cabinets and countertops through Lowe’s and Julz Corporation was the contractor sent to do the demolition and installation of the cabinets. The Julz team were professional and maintained good communication during the course of the project. They were very punctual with regards to scheduled appointments. The Julz team went above and beyond to make my first renovation project a great experience. They made some suggestions to elevate my project to the next level for which I was truly grateful. The quality and craftsmanship was of superior quality. I highly recommend Julz Corporation and will be sure to utilize their services in the future.

I would highly suggest to NOT use this company as they are not professional and lack the skills needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Not only did they have to come back several times after not doing the job correctly we are still finding issues with our cabinets. The customer service was terrible and they installers made us feel uncomfortable in our own home. We had to get several people to come out to our home and the job was never done right. Even after getting the President of the company involved there was still issues and nothing left resolved. Please do not use them as I would not wish this experience on anyone.

The first time that the "installer" came over the cabinets were left unlevel. The second time they came out only half of the cabinetry was leveled. There was over a 2 inch difference from one side to the other. The third time they came out to fix the leveling difference they ended up moving the cabinets so badly the island was at a crooked angle and tried to pass this off as quality work.

This then led to delays with other contractors costing us money and hardships ordering supplies. It took over a six month period to even get handles on our doors so that we could open and utilize the cabinetry. The entire process was a headache and was suppose to take two days ended up being over a 6 month battle with these unprofessional con artists. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Contractors get a bad name because of companies like Julz Corp. Do not let them scam you as well.

BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE Julz! I went through Lowe's for kitchen cabinet installation and Julz is the sole contractor with Lowe's in southern CA. Half way through the installation, Julz no showed and stopped responding to my communications. They literally abandoned my project. Some cabinets were also incorrectly installed. I caught them trying to do a short cut on a panel and was able to stop them. Now I have to postpone my flooring and counter top installation and don't know what's going to happen to my project. I will have to file a complaint with Lowe's. Extremely unprofessional.

Kitchen cabinets installation thru Lowe's. I would not recommend this company. I've been waiting for over 3 months for them to come install a door handle on a cabinet that was done incorrectly. The nails on a tall cabinet were done wrong where they poke out but a panel was ordered to cover that.still waiting for that to be installed as well. It's been a nightmare.

We hired Julz through Lowe's. Even though I am very happy with the cabinet installation (their cabinet installation guy can do incredible things!), I don't recommend hiring them because of all the other issues we had with them. First of all, they rarely answer the phone, so it is impossible to know what is happening and when. When they do answer the phone, they just take a message and say they will call back. They rarely do. I have posted a photo of the unfinished window they left in my kitchen. Does that look professional to you? I have been asking them to finish the window so that I can install countertops. No response from Julz.

They also cancelled one of the vents from the central heating system. An active duct has been left by Julz inside the kitchen ceiling. I have been calling them for over a month asking to install a vent. They did promise to do it (initially), but they stopped responding to my calls as soon as they got the majority of the payment.

This has been a very stressful experience. I have to keep calling and emailing them only to be ignored. I would have at least expected better and more direct communication.

I am posting this review because I have no other choice. Hopefully they will see and maybe come back and finish the job.

We worked with Julz Corp through Lowes after we had puchased our Kraftmaid Cabinetry. Julz was contracted to install all our cabinetry together. We love working with this company all the steps of the way and they made the process easy at an especially stressful and difficult time with the pandemic. The communication from the office was strong, the installers professional and very detailed oriented. It's a rare find and the final outcome is spectacular. We love how the Kitchen turned out. I highly recommend to work with this company for your future kitchen remodel needs.

We went to Lowe's and were very lucky to work with Jeffrey Bowman a wonderful designer, and selected Kraftmaid for our kitchen cabinets. Jeff said Lowe's uses a company called Julz Corp to do cabinet installation.
When I first called and spoke to Danica at Julz, I found she was amazingly helpful and continued to be so patient as we ended up going through delays and 2 contractors on our home remodeling; too bad for us we didn't use Julz 1st as our general contractor! But we only learned of them through Lowe's. Even though they were just doing an installation of cabinets for our large remodeling, they treated us with so much care and helpfulness. We had delays and they kept accommodating our time frame with no issue, no pressure. Well, when the date finally came to do the installation.we were stunned at the professionalism, care and skill that their installers gave to our project. When they found issues of new walls not being correctly aligned and or level, they calmly explained the issues, made recommendations and found ways to resolve the problems. They completed the install with perfection including all cleaned up. We could not be more pleased with the service Julz staff provided. We are so happy and are enjoying our new kitchen after months of "camp cooking" outside! Thank you again Julz. We would be happy to recommend this company anytime!
