We had the greatest experience with Ben and his company! They were very kind, flexible with times and made us feel like part of the family! Our son had a wonderful birthday party and the kids loved the combo slide. What a perfect way to end summer! I highly suggest renting from them if you’re in need of a bounce house!

Glad I chose these guys. Absolute great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. They went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations when they came out to my house before I even booked to take measurements of my yard to ensure the jumpy would fit. On top of that the owner and his whole crew were very respectful and kind. Will choose them again for sure!

We rented the Blue & Green Dual Lane Combo Slide from Jump City rentals for a recent church get together so the kids could have something, and it was a blast from start to finish. Ben, the owner, was a blast to work with and extremely helpful through the booking process. He went above and beyond, even sending me extra photos upon request, before I booked. Rented their blue/green water slide and bounce house combo over the weekend and it was loads of fun! Me and my nephews had a blast even when the sun went down! Would recommend the water slide rentals!

What can I say! They are amazing. Very open to questions and responses time is very quick. Delivery and set up was quick and painless. They even offered to get ice and drinks if we need anything for the party. There were many options to pick from both big and small jumpers and they had a combo option as well. We selected the bounce/water slide option. It was very clean looked brand new. They came set it up and the kids never wanted to get out. When it came time to pick up they were in and out. I would highly recommend renting from Jump City Rentals! I will be renting again for sure.

Ben and his wife were amazing! I found them on Facebook and commented I was interested and also called the number attached. I got a response on both ends so fast! Ben was so amazing and accommodating for our event! The kids LOVED the palm tree bounce house. I even had to get my husband off lol! Ben was also so sweet to our family and checking if we needed ice or anything. I can’t believe the amazing service he provide. Definitely plan to book with them again!

Amazing service! I was pleased with their customer service and level of cleanliness. I rented the shark water slide for my son’s birthday and it was a huge hit! Everyone had a blast on it. Looking forward to renting the purple wet combo bounce house for my daughter’s birthday!
