This place is a lot of fun for kids, but what gets it 5 stars from me is that the employees constantly clean and wipe down all the surfaces.

This place is awesome not just for kids but the adults can join in the fun as well. Most places like this usually have a no adults on the equipment rule. Not Jump 'n Jammin. The price is reasonable if you figure you get to come and go all day. My 2 year old asks to specifically go here. And my 8 year old loves it too! I highly recommend this place!

Just went for the first time today with my 3 yr.old and I even enjoyed it lol. Very fun. Lots to do & love the fact that the staff are very friendly & clean the environment/ equipment while you’re there enjoying yourself with your kids. Another plus is the AC. While you are taking a break, which will happen for us parents lol, you do feel the cool air. Will definitely be back soon!

Great place for younger kids. My only complaint is paying a few extra dollars for both my wife and I to take our son there opposed to just one parent going.

This was an awsome way to wear out the kids when it was too cold/wet at the park. It is best enjoyed by kids between an adventurous two to about 9. Older kids can have fun too but it likely won't keep their attention as long.

We went on a busy day but still had room to move. My three year old was able to use the toddler area and the main areas which was nice. You get all day admission so we came in the AM, left for lunch and naps, then returned for some afternoon play. It was really affordable too.

The staff did an amazing job keeping it clean, we were here at 10 and when we left at 6: 30, it just as pristine. It didn't smell (which is a miracle with that many feet), nothing was sticky or gross looking. I am so impressed and we will make this a regular outing.

Tips:
If your kid is early in potty training/prone to accidents have them wear a pull up, it takes a long time to get from the top to the restroom.

Parents must stay with kids under 4, come dressed to play, we wore through the knees of our pants so next time I will wear my comfy but not so nice pants.

Everyone needs socks

Ear plugs could help if you/kids don't like loud sounds

I took my two Grandson there for the first time and we loved it, there is so many activities for them to do its very clean the staff is awesome and helpful, as far as not having an eatery I totally understand they are surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and cafes. I purchased a discount card allowing us to go a totally of 10 times for a very reasonable price we can hardly wait to return.
Please consider placing Rubber mats by the water fountain and sinks it gets wet and slippery in that area. Thank You All for a Great Time

This place is a fun exciting environment and was pleasing to both my 5 year old and 12 year old. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because in comparison to other facilities like this one the price is a bit higher for less amenities. For example, no food or drinks available to purchase, not even from a vending machine. Also you have to pay $6.75 for children who are 2-23 months which is ridiculous because at 2 months infants can’t even hold their head up so how would they even enjoy a place like this. To me if they aren’t able to crawl they should be free. Other than that this place is a great place to spend the day and would probably be a really cool place to have a birthday party!
