I use to work with jumper media and looking back now it really messed up my IG account with so many fake accounts! It does quite the opposite from what I hoped for. The algorithm ignores my profile and it’s a mess to clean it up. I can not recommend this company.

Fraudulent service! Stay away! They ask you to provide target accounts so they can follow those followers in hopes of gaining you followers for whatever demographic the target accounts cater to.

It’s a bunch of bull. They weren’t using our target accounts and instead were adding other similar businesses! Meaning, they were following competitors instead of potential clients. As a real estate brokerage, we don’t need to be going out and following other real estate agents and brokerages, which puts our IG account (and lead generation tactics) on their radar. We reached out to Jumper Media asap when we saw they weren’t following our specified target accounts and were instead doing their own thing. No response all week! We’ve ended the service and will be disputing the charges with our bank as this is a completely fraudulent service.

Jumper has been instrumental in helping me grow my following and engagement. As an up-and-comer in the entertainment industry, it's so easy to get lost in the ocean of others trying to do the same thing as you. This service is exactly as advertised. The account reps will work with you to identify your intended audience and grow your account through some clever targeting approaches. It helps a lot understanding who your client persona is.will speed up the targeting process for sure and increase results. Definitely try them out! So happy with the results I got!

I've been using Jumper for around 20 months now and the service was awesome before August, then everything was in a bit of a pause for 4 months or so, and has been great since January of this year! There was a rough patch when Instagram changed a million things but the growth is solid again now that they ditched the software and are doing everything with real people on cell phones. And I can target by Bio Key words, which is HUGE along with less spam due to the human element to filter a lot of it out before engagements are made (hated that about other softwares).
