8Was in a rush to clean out my dad hoarded garage called multiple companies and Junk away was the only company to call and follow up to see if I still needed junk pick up. They were on time and very friendly cleaned up quickly and the owner was also a plummer which I was also looking for. Totally recommended very happy costumer!
Excellent customer service! I am very pleased with how quickly I was able to schedule service and how efficient and nice the guys were who came to do the job.
I've used junk away twice as I clean up a very dirty house. They're extremely responsive and professional. They came the same day the first time and exactly when I scheduled them the second time. They loaded the truck nice and tight and were able to get everything I needed removed each time. Also, I had tried to use Junk King originally but they wouldn't get my load the day I had them scheduled and said they would come later in the week, but that it would be twice the price they originally quoted me. I canceled them obviously and found Junk Away. Highly recommend Junk Away if you need any help removing junk or items from your property.
Arrived within time scheduled; reasonable cost, satisfactory completion of services (includes leaving area free of residual debri/junk). Would use this company again.
2nd time contracting Junkaway's services in 2 years and once again. HAPPY! Really responsive scheduling staff was able to arrange service in 30 minutes.on a Sunday. Ernesto was amazingly fast and single-handedly hauled a half truckload of yard debris in an hour. Cannot recommend this company enough. If you need help, done well, fast and for a very reasonable rate, call this company and ONLY this company
