Junk King responded to my request within an hour and by the next day they completed the job of hauling away some excess cardboard and trash I had at my office. They were kind and professional and showed up on time for the job and were very reasonably priced, to boot. 10/10 would recommend.

After checking with several other junk removal business I called these guys and decided to hire them. They were able to book me an appointment the very next day. They gave me a three-hour window, called when they were on their way and showed up on time. They managed to get two bulky couches out of my weirdly shaped landing and porch without complaint. I’ll certainly hire them again.

I rarely write reviews but feel I need to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake. I booked an appointment with Junk King for yesterday, late in the day (3-5pm) because I was spending the morning and afternoon cleaning out my parents' basement and attic. I received a confirmation and reminder the day before. They never showed (or called to say they were not coming) and did not respond to texts or pick up the phone after 5. I had blocked my car in with boxes etc so after waiting two hours, I had to move all the junk to go home. I called this morning, and the customer service representative said "I see that it was cancelled by the crew. They did not provide an explanation. Do you want to reschedule for today? " No apology at all. No discount offered. Unbelievable. Do note book with this company!

Needed a truck with a tail gate. Went and borrowed a forklift from a neighbor. Who ever set up appointment should have asked if we had a loading dock or needed a truck with a lift.

Always friendly, professional and efficient. Scheduled on-line for next-day pickup. All my junk was gone in under 10 min.

This is the most unprofessional, dishonest, and sneeky company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was given three different estimates over two days, finally settled on $560 for a 6 yard dumpster, I was to have it for 5 days. Once it was delivered, they picked it up two days early, and said that the dumpster weighed OVER 2 tons! There’s no way. The only things that were put in the dumpster was some crawl space debris, two bags of cement and a few pieces of plywood that were not big. I got the bill, it was $2600 because he (Krishna the owner) over charged and also charged a hazardous material fee. After going through a few people I finally reached Krishna, who did take the hazardous materials fee off, but would not lower the price, insisting that the dump weight was over two tons…. He showed me a receipt and a picture of the dump. In the photo, the dump was almost 3/4 full. I tried many times to speak to Krishna and his team on how it could be so expensive, and the only response I got was Krishna putting a lean on my customers home. What a shame. I will never work with this joke of a company again. The power of word of mouth will more expensive for Krishna then this bill he would not be honest about. Make sure you do your research on this place before letting them trick you into spending 4x the estimated Amount. They
