We had some old lab equipment and some shelving removed.
The pick up personnel are great guys. Very courteous and obviously very hard working. They manually load the items and some were heavy.

I had the trash bin left for a few days so we could do it ourselves. It was totally worth the money. This is the second time and I will definitely use them again.

Joe and his team were very professional. They ran a little late but I didn't mind because he kept me updated throughout the afternoon. Once they arrived they were in and out in less than 30 mins which is impressive considering the amount of junk they threw on the truck. When they were done loading up they swept the area as well. Joe was very transparent and helpful with his quote for the job. It's more expensive than going to the dump yourself but well worth it. Would recommend.

We had a lot of old junk to get rid of (2400lb, we learned afterwards) from a garage that had been collecting it for decades. After exploring a few options, we decided to use the Junk King MINI dumpster. It was a perfect size, eay to use, and Junk King was incredibly efficient with both the drop-off and pickup. We got a free on-site quote ahead of time which was helpful and professional. I made several calls to the company during the loading process to check in regarding what they would accept, and they were always extremely courteous and helpful and prompt with their responses. I was a bit nervous about surprise fees being added after it was taken away, but the final bill ended up being perfectly reasonable and within expectations. All around, an amazingly positive experience. I probably won't need a massive junk removal again for a while, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Junk King again!

Everything was EXCELLENT! The Initial contact, follow-up communications (calls, texts) to coordinate arrivals, and the crew: Jonathan, Nelly (spell?), and Teddy worked like a fine orchestra (no exaggeration) to complete a 3-hour job in 1 hour. Definitely will use this company again.

I requested a quote from them on a Thursday afternoon and they were there the next morning, talk about speedy service! They were earlier than quoted, which was fine and actually worked better for my schedule. They were nice and super quick. In and out in 5 minutes, junk's gone.couldn't ask for anything more!

Good experience overall. All stuff was cleared out swiftly. There was an error in scheduling but they remedied it.

The team arrived right on time and cheerfully carried a truckload of old drywall and lumber, bristling with nails, up two flights of stairs. The price was reasonable and I will be hiring them again.

Low rates for certain removal items and negotiable but on 2nd time I have to say wasn't that great the guys removed items that wasn't on task I had to catch them before they left and check and bring back items that wasn't supposed to be removed.

I had a mattress to get rid of and did a good amount of research before choosing Junk King and I'm glad I did. The other options I had were more expensive and the process was not clear.
Fixing up a time for collection - super simple, Chance was great, he helped me over the phone.
Punctuality - Within the time window, no fuss.
