They were very helpful through email when I had questions and was very prompt on emailing back. When they showed up to my house they were very kind and helpful as well. Only took an hour and a half to load a full truck of our junk. Pricing was perfect and within our price range. Glad I did not cancel and went somewhere else! THANK YOU JUNK KINGS!

Did a good job, and fast, but they didn't give a written estimate in advance as promised and said they would send one after the fact by email. Still waiting.
