They are very responsive and punctual. I called them early in the morning, they arrived before noon. The workers were friendly and very efficient. I had almost two truck loads of furnitures to be removed. They had to go to the dump site after the first load, but came back real fast. The entire process took less than two hours. I was very satisfied with their performance.

Needed my moving-out junk gone, scheduled pickup on sunday, and they came the next day in the window provided, and gave me a slight discount since my stuff was already bagged/boxed. Friendly employees during scheduling and at pickup.

Skot was on time, friendly and energetic. He worked quickly to.remove the several stacks of materials from my garage to his truck. I am very satisfied with Junk King’s quick service and professionalism, and will happily return as a customer.

It was easy to schedule the service. I needed to remove old futon. I was given window of service - 2 hrs. Company came on time, removed furniture very professionally. I will use this company again for the future needs

I connected with them on a Sunday morning and heard back within 30 minutes. I needed my junk removed within 24 hours and they were great! Messaged with me to answer questions and then contacted me when on the way. Price was very reasonable, as well!

Team was about 45 minutes past their arrival commitment, no call they would be late. I dropped them an email and they came back with a time commit that worked.

Junk King was amazing! Jonathan called when he was 25 minutes away, showed up on time, and was so helpful and professional. My couch was not easy to get out of the front door, but they got it done with no damage to our walls or belongings.

The men were great! The arrived on time and gave us the courtesy call that they were coming. Very polite and respectful. Removed my furniture with carefulness. Quick and efficient! Everyone should know about Junk King SSF! I’ll definitely use them again.

They did remove stuff. Price was very high compared with going to the dump and they weren’t going out of their way to impress me. I’ll try somebody else next time or just go to the dump myself.

Full clean-out of our office space - included furniture, electronic gear, appliances and a lot of other miscellaneous "stuff" - the Junk King crew did a great job!

At 2am I spontaneously decided our junk filled yard needed to be cleaned out asap. I was amazed there was an opening for 8-10am that same day! The 2 guys who came out were friendly and quick. They even sweeper up some areas that had the most junk from a recent construction. I’ve used Junk King before and will continue to use!

Good service. This is the first time I’ve used the pick up service as opposed to filling the dumpster myself. The guys came to pick up the junk and were done within 30 minutes. They were friendly, fast and gave me a heads up when they were close by. Pricing was reasonable as well.

This company was just amazing! First time using them & i will be using them again. They were very kind, on time, very detailed & just loved their service!

Very pleased with their service. My son tested positive for Covid so Junk King still came out and took everything away from the backyard, cardboard boxes, bags and other items. They did everything over the phone to be safe.
