We just finished a remodel of our home, and I was dreading the thought of how to dispose/donate/sell many of the items we didn't want to keep. One phone call to Junk Pros on a Friday, and they were here this morning (Monday) - took everything (we filled the truck). I was expecting to pay twice what I did.and it was all so hassle free! Friendly, professional staff and the best part is - they recycle or donate what they can. Highly recommended!

Junk Pros were awesome. I posted a request last night after another service left me stranded and they carme today. Because of COVID-19 they asked me to take pictures and text them, gave me a tentative estimate and told me the reps would tell me how much when they got here. They arrived on time, removed my 8x8 hot tub & gazebo, removed old construction waste, and cleaned up, excellent work.

I called them on a Sunday at 11am and they were here by 1pm and quickly took care of all the junk in my mother in laws garage along with a mattress & box spring. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time as promised & (social distancing), were not only masked, but left a good 10-12 feet between themselves and the door. I never had to leave the door & just directed to the side gate & monitored on camera. Even paid by placing the check on the porch (text receipt). Very fast, friendly & efficient & scooped up the mound of boxes/junk accumulating since the shelter in place lockdown (finally have time to clean/reorganize the garage). I’ve used them at least 2-3x in the past & shall continue using them for all future jobs. Highly recommend.
