Customer service is absolutely pathetic! I placed my order at 9: 08am on a Monday. I received an email Tuesday late afternoon a florist could not be located to make my delivery and it would be delivered the next business day. Repeat that excuse 3 different days, until I finally informed them to cancel my order, refund my money and contacted my card used to dispute the charge. I would NOT recommend using Just Flowers!
Edited 12-19-23 to reply to your response; yes, my order WAS placed with your company by my office manager! Order #9804311was placed 12-11-23, several delay reasons (you could not find a local shop being 1 excuse) given, it had still not been delivered by 12-15-23. I requested a full refund, disputed the charge with my bank and placed the order personally from a local florist shop. Just Flowers could not get my order delivered in 5 days, however, the local florist (you claimed you could not find one. I still have all the voicemails and emails of Just Flowers stating this) promptly got my order delivered the same day.

I haven't seen the flowers that I ordered but the people I sent them to liked them and said that they were nice.

Do not use, call a local shop! I ordered flowers a week before they were needed to be delivered. Paid extra for early delivery. Just Flowers did not even try to get my flowers ordered from a local florist until 10am the day of expected early delivery. They called me to tell me my selection was not available and would not be on time. Called me back 3 hours later to say they could not deliver until the following Wednesday. I cancelled my order. DO NOT USE! They are not prepared and do not take deadlines seriously. Left me in a lurch. Hung me out to dry. THE WORST!

They did NOT deliver the arrangement I ordered online. They promised 3x they would deliver & lied each and every time. Their excuses are weak and untrue. Not even sure they are a legit company. Do NOT order from them at all.

It was very easy to let them know what I wanted, and the lady was very courteous. My sister sent me pictures of the bouquet received, and it was just as I had anticipated it. I was very happy, and so was my sister.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. You will find my complaint and order under my husband's name "just flowers" since im sure you will respond.
We Looked at numerous arrangements and decided on the Merry Christmas table arrangement with candles. Well the florist substituted with Lillies instead of the ALL roses as shown in the picture. If I wanted lillies, then I would have ordered those. Terriablely disappointed, then I call to complain and even show the pictures of the product actually delieved and they say they will only give me 5 dollar refund. Wow. I would have accepted half my money back, but 5 dollars that's a slap in the face. Don't be disappointed like I was, and accept smelly lilies!

I ordered flowers for my young nephew’s funeral, and they were delivered to 800 miles away from where I live. They arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for taking care of this delicate situation for me!

The website is ready for international orders and you can even enter your phone number including country code. The flowers look pretty on the screen. Delivery was quick and the recipient was very happy with the them.

Great service. Picked an arrangement to send to a great friend for a sad anniversary. Not all the flowers needed were available. I was contacted immediately and offered an alternate arrangement that they could do and have ready for delivery by the time requested. Will use again when I need to send a smile and a hug.

I am very thankful that I, once again, chose Just Flowers to represent me. The flowers were beautifully arranged, and I received many compliments as well.

Following the failed delivery of my flower arrange by the local florist, Just Flowers followed up with me via phone and worked to right the wrong. Happily, I can report they did and the flowers were delivered to my sister’s home following her discharge from the hospital. Just Flowers just earned a customer back based on its responsiveness and superior customer service.

Flowers were beautiful but came a day later. I think I should have gotten some $ off the delivery fee. I ordered them under my daughter's name by mistake. It was Westina Barnes
