Just Like Magic Maids Inc., Marina Del Rey CA

I was STUNNED by the thoroughness and gritty hard work of the team that came to my home. My kitchen cabinets were so sticky with accumulated oil build-up that I was ready to paint them. Now they look NEW! Same with the bathtub. I thought the ring was permanently etched in the enamel. Absolutely no sign of any ring. I have a regular cleaning person every two weeks so it's not as if cursory cleaning was being done.
We had just had new floors installed, so the job entailed intensive cleaning and dusting. The team even took out every CD in the CD cabinets, cleaned out the cabinet and re-inserted the CDS. I will definitely not wait so long to have them back. Outstanding!

Appointment was at 11: 30am they called and asked to be pushed to 12: 15 I said sure no problem.
Meanwhile I picked up everything, so all they had to do is clean the 2 bathrooms dust the furniture and clean the appliances in the kitchen along w/ counter tops and floors.
I was quoted two and half hours tops from Randy and he also said I had to buy the cleaning cloths from them for 20 dollars, I said fine.
However once the girls arrived everything changed they wanted more time, and also 30 dollars for the cleaning cloths.
I opened my front door and said BYE-BYE they continued to yell about how many clients they have,
My response was "Great then go to them and Happy Holidays"

This service failed to show up on a prescheduled apppintment. I tip my maids (usually) fairly well so that is a loss for them which causes me sadness, and unfortunately is caused by poor management.

Then, after scheduling them despite their previous inadequacies, the manager (or whatever he is) sent me some form of a schedule for their maids through text. I told him he needs to run a tighter ship as he is making too many mistakes, to which he replied, "You have attitude. Miss me with that. " LOL this place is a joke. Bad luck will be the norm if you do business with them. I can post screenshots of the conversation if needed.

I am very pleased with this service that was provided today. I have two kids a dog and a husband and my house is usually a mess between them all LOL the cleaning service arrived today got everything done extremely fast and my house is spotless! Will definitely contact them for future appointments! I am very HAPPY!

I recently had a demolition and construction in my home due to plumbing issue. It was 6 weeks of workers in and out and very dirty after. Just Like Magic came on time and worked solidly for 5 hours and the two cleaned areas that had never been cleaned by previous cleaners. Very thorough, caring, and professional. I now will have them clean regularly and highly recommend this service.

Living in Los Angeles during a pandemic while both you and your significant other work from home can make it difficult to clean properly. Having two maids deep clean my two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Playa del Rey, CA was exactly what I needed. My kitchen and bathrooms have never been so white. I liked what they did so much I will have them come monthly now. They are very responsive and transparent about their pricing and time. They even came ten minutes early.

We just had our home cleaned by Just like Magic Maids, Inc. Yolanda and her crew are thorough and conscientious about paying attention to every detail. I was beyond pleased with the work that was done. If you want exceptional service, you will not be disappointed.

Just Like Magic Maids did such a great job! I needed a detailed cleaning. I provided a list of things I really wanted cleaned well (though, in hind-site, they probably didn't need my list), and the team members from Just Like Magic were very happy to check each task off. I was home during the process, so I could peak in on them to see how they were doing. Each time, I witnessed them going the extra mile to shine and disinfect whatever they were working on, plus doing more things that needed to be done (without me asking). Also, their knowledge on cleaning products was vast. The team leader who came to my home had been cleaning for 30 years! She was a pro, and her personality was absolutely lovely and friendly. Both team members set me at ease, and were a pleasure to have in my home. I genuinely am looking forward to having them return.

I called Randy at Just Like Magic Maids on a Sunday based on location alone. What a pleasant surprise. He arranged for Yolanda and team to come later that evening even calling to verify and texting me the details. When it turned out that the team could arrive earlier due to a change in schedule I received a text asking if this was okay. The team arrived spot on time and could not have been more friendly or more efficient. What a true pleasure to receive good customer service and great work with friendly people. I will be using Just Like Magic Maids in the future and recommend them as well.

I highly recommend Just Like Magic Maids, for their promptness, professionalism and efficiency. The two ladies that serviced our place were kind and did thorough cleaning, even with minimum light! They are reasonably priced and were able to clean on short notice. Will be using the service again!

My family came to my place for the holidays and when they left, they left the mess. I called Just Like Magic Maids and they where able to fit me in with a quick appointment. The girls that came were amazing. They had so much energy, and cleaned parts of my place I didn’t even realize needed cleaning (it did!). My house is now sparkling squeaky clean!
