Very helpful ppl. They were able to fix my bike quickly, needed a new tube and patch up the wheels and only charged for labor. They are very receptive to your needs if you speak to the owner and the repair man in back in Spanish. Thanks again.

I had the worse experience. I won’t even go into details. However they have integrity issues, they don’t take responsibility when a mistake is made, and to guarantee your business they will quote a price and time frame of completion with no intention in honoring it, there words are useless. They definitely left a bad tase in my mouth. THUMBS DOWN!

What a great place to get a bike! We honestly weren't thinking we'd walk out with a purchase today. The sales rep Juan (?) was incredibly helpful, showed us how to determine the right frame to fit our height and was able to answer all our questions as first time bicycle owners. We got the Jamis XR and my hubby is excited!

This one-man operation is awesome! I just moved to the neighborhood and started biking to work again. I was having trouble with my gears (over 2 years since my last tune-up) and brought my bike in. Paul, the Bike Doctor, originally quoted $59, but when he delivered my bike a few days later, the final price was actually $40! Free pick-up & delivery + a 6-month guarantee is the best deal I've ever had on bike service.

Definitely 4 star service, and very FAST! I got an old bike tuned up for Burning Man, he finished it in a matter of hours, and delivered it to my house.

Located in a nice location where you can test ride the bikes. Ample parking is available. People are very friendly and give proper guidance. Also has a good collection of accessories.

I give this place 3 tries each time the agreed to work with me took my bike into their shop and then were; first not knowledge about how to replace a tire/gear set on an electric bike and second, their management was DISRESPECTFUL.

I've only pasted by 3 times and the service is awesome i really recommend this shop to anyone although for certain things is to pricey but aside from that amazing shop going to be coming here more often

Update your opening hours! Your Memorial Day hours listed being open until 3pm but you were closed. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

I had to change my inner tube 3x before I arrived. Finally gave up and seen this shop at the corner of Hill st.
Perfect customer service, Reasonable pricing and they even helped me out with my issue on my (Fixie Giant) turns out I had a blown out tire and the owner removed his tire off his bike and passed it over to my bike.

A while back i bought a 1600 bike and week later called to see if i can the seat raised.i tried raising it but after i loosened the bolt it didnt budge.they told me 8 dollars and that its a small price compared to the bike i bought.rip off just to raise the seat.they said they need a special tool. (torque wrench) which i had.all i needed was to bump the seat with hand to break loose the tight fit on the seat post.i didnt need their help after all.havent gone back since

Quick and easy rental of a road bike. Professional and easy going group of people. Easy to reach location on south side of downtown L. A.highly recommend and will return on next visit to the area.

This was my second visit here. Last time, I bought my bike, pedals, lights, shoes, etc, and this time some new tires. The guys at Just Ride are fantastic. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They really take their time to make sure you get the best possible service and ensure you are happy with your purchase. I've been to several other bike shops and none of them genuinely compare to Just Ride in terms of service quality. Can't recommend this place enough.
