Complete rip off. Paid $135 to have absolutely nothing done to a laptop. Assured there was a complete reset and checking of hardware connections and that it had been run for some time. Total falsehood. Battery was flat and won't charge and it is impossible to even turn it on. Told a pack of lies as they knew I was needing it in a hurry as I was leaving. Should've checked thoroughly in store but was in a hurry and paid for my mistake. Seems from the other reviews that they might be able to do some basic phone repair but they are clearly happy with being dishonest so I cannot recommend them to do anything.

Came in and had an issue with my phone's battery expanding that they fixed super quick. Super friendly staff, too!

My iPhone screen was broken and I tried to fix it myself, thinking it would be easy. Save yourself the time and go here. The price is fair and the turn around was fast. The screen coloring is a bit off, but it’s really no big deal. The employees there were all really nice too. There was a miscommunication with a diagnostic fee that was supposed to go toward my bill and it wasn’t, but after calling and explaining what happened, they immediately refunded the diagnostic fee. They even let my two kids get a bubble gum ball from the machine on them. They took a phone that I thought I had destroyed and made it work. Very pleased.

Bottom line: they did good work in a timely fashion but overcharged and smarmy attitude. Used their services for iPhone screen replacement. Found out afterwards that another place in town charges $40 LESS for same service (replace screen and install tempered glass cover). They like to act like they’re giving you a good deal saying they could give me the $25 tempered glass for $20 (the other guy charges $10 without the play at haggling). Unfortunately the other shop was out of screens and we needed it ASAP, but lesson learned. Bottom line: they did good work in a timely fashion but overcharged and smarmy attitude.

Really, I'd like to put NO stars, wouldn't let me. This place was referred to me by a friend. My experience was SO BAD. It has been almost a year since I was there. When I pass by on Western I am filled with regret. I took my Apple desk top computer in for repair of not having connection with my blue tooth/wifi. Fred, the owner said he could fix the problem. He didn't make it seem like it was a big deal. He had my computer for at least 4 MONTHS. Every time I called, he would say next week, this went on for months. I finally was at the point that I asked Fred, do you still have my computer? Seriously, I thought he sold it, or? It was getting weird. Finally he told me I could pick it up. My bill was just under 600.00. He said he had to spend hours and hours on it, and STILL did not solve the problem. He recommended that I use ethernet instead of wireless. He couldn't fix the problem, but charged for trying. I am a fair person and I somewhat understood then. Now and since I picked up my computer last June, I am so sorry I ever went to Just Tech Solution. My computer has never been the same, worse actually. I am going to go to Apple and upgrade just so I no longer have to deal with this thorn in my side. MOVE ON! BTW, Apple was shut down due to the corona virus, I was somewhat desperate, and I took the advice of a friend to go here. I would not advise bringing anything to be fixed here, unless, it's a really small issue.

I brought my iPhone In to get the screen replaced, took about 10 minutes and was out. Quick and friendly staff. Highly recommend

This place ripped my mom off, they charged her $300.00 to fix a craked screen on a iphone 7! Horrible place that take advantage of people. STAY AWAY

I brought my PC in to this shop paid a $45 assessment fee, the shop had it for 3 weeks and each week that I called the owner kept telling me it has multiple issues after 3 weeks I just came and picked it up, horrible place to bring your computer! Don't waste you're time or money here.

Brought in my new computer to have everything transferred over to the new one. Installed all my programs and docs from my old computer in a quick turn-around time. Fast, friendly and professional service!

Was told no work would be done on iPad without my permission. They didn’t adhere to that policy and I was charged for work not authorized.

Was told he was able to fully charge my iPad. Battery was completely dead when I picked it up.

When I dropped iPad off I was told deposit would be subtracted from work done. Didn’t happen!

I would just about say I was lied too.

They fixed a charging port on a tablet for me, soldered new one onto the board. Were friendly and diligent in diagnosis.

I dropped my laptop and broke the screen, but it was up and running again in a week. Fred ordered and replaced the screen all on his own and still charged less than anyone else. Will definitely be back. Great service!

Fred and his team are perfect. The guy is always available and really gets the job done right. If you have anything Tech related this is the spot.

Payed $140 to fix iphone 6 walked out with phone in same condition a week later. I would have rather spent $140 towards a new phone. Instead, I paid to be told my phone isn't fixable. I will not be returning EVER. Unbelievable.
