I have gone here for years and love them! They are always honest, help you save money when possible, and are super friendly! I wouldn't trust anywhere else! We even moved further from this place but still seek it out when we have car troubles or concerns. Lifetime customer!

I asked if they had an alignment rack long enough for my truck, which they did. As we walked out of the office the manager spoke with one of the techs as they were ready to drive away for lunch. They both agreed it wouldn't be an issue, and told me to come back an hour later.

Upon coming back the tech decided he didn't want to do the work and refused to hear me out and continually spoke over me. He has no clue about the differences between Ford and Dodge Dana 60 front axles, even as he stared at the info on his computer right in front of me. The manager of course sided with his tech and pushed me out of the shop without so much as an apology for lying and wasting my time.

Most likely a good thing they didn't get the truck on the rack, as I'm afraid of what the quality of their work would be like due to the lack of knowledge, customer service, and courtesy.

Went in with a flat tire and got a great deal on 4 tires. The staff was friendly and honest. The manager even filled out the rebate card for me and sent it in - now that's great service!

I noticed my tire had a slow leak stopped by here there was literally one car being worked on. I thought this would be a quick fix maybe $10 for a patch is all it needed. The guy said it would be like $35 because they take the tire off to patch it. He said everyone else does a plug and patch and they'll charge just as much if not more. I called a competitor just a block away and got way better service no wonder they were so empty

I arrive 15 mins before they close and me thinking their corporate they would be professional and so forward.person in charge was like we are about to close what is that you want like that’s a way to talk to a paying customer. Got there while there are closing. And then to top it off they wouldn’t even fix the nail I have in my tire and tried to upsell me to buy a tire. Save your money and forget this dude support your small business that would be happy to get any customer they get and not neglect
One for getting there at an inconvenient hour for them. No way to run a business ahole.

His time I brought a family member in immediate need of help. As in previous visits they were very helpful and accommodating. With no hassles she was being helped. Good selections and good prices and a friendly staff. Thxs for helping her out guys!

I took a Honda Civic by to have the brakes checked and alignment done. After watching the mechanic work on the car for 1&1/2 hours, I finely took the car without any repairs being done. He struggled with checking the brake pad thickness on the rear brakes.not even getting to the front brakes! It was very frustrating watching him try to do something he didn't sppear to know much sbout!

Called to see how much to have tire pressure sensors installed. Told person who answered I have new oem sensors already (easier than trying to get car working with cheap aftermarket ones) and just want to get them installed and programmed. Was told they won't do it unless I buy sensors from them.long story short, they didn't want my business unless they could rip me off for the cost of the sensors.there loss, was going to buy 4 new tires also since taking off old tires for sensors anyway and since getting 4 tires was going to do alignment also.

Would have paid for tpms install and program on 4 tires, 4 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, but now you get nothing.

Cost of the tire I had no choice but to buy a tire was just shy of $200.00. The manager said no problem to get the senser light off on my dash. Was off 5 minutes then back on. And never offered me to keep my punctured tire or not. I said I wanted it anyway. They lied. The man that did the work was kind, sweet and did good job on my tires. I wont be returning. I also met another lady waiting said she wont return either.

A place that really takes care of you the staff is the best in the Business very knowledgeable and always willing to give costumers the best deals.ask for my Guy Rickie

They didn’t do anything really on my suv for check alignment and supposedly replaced new tires. But I went to different just tire store and they told me that I had to replace two front tires. Those new tires I just bought and then they were no good. Unprofessional. Big tire O is way better because of free alignment. Screw three year warranty. Wasted my money for nothing.

My mom, sister and I have been coming here for years. Prices are reasonable and getting one of their credit cards have saved me plenty of times. If you spend $300 and you can pay it off in 6 months it's interest free. Aka pay it with tax refund money

It’s the worst place to get tires, sale the tires then when you need service takes at least 2 hours, Goodyear should not let them be their agent.

Nice enough staff, but I wouldn’t recommend any major work be performed here based on my experience with a complementary inspection (also giving two stars instead of one because I didn’t spend any money here). Their inspection unfortunately didn’t find simple, preexisting issues that other shops had consistently notified me of, no checklist was provided to verify that an inspection was performed, and a valve stem cap was missing. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but there are good auto shops out there that you’re better off doing business with.

Great service with amazing prices and very friendly customer service with a smile. If I had questions they answered and were very helpful and genuine. Went in for an alignment and new tires. Decided to get my oil changed with them as well as I felt I could trust the service being done. I highly recommend them to your family and friends.

Wack, no nitrogen filled tires no business they obviously don’t care for safety nor performance

Good but they try to make other things up to make you buy products. Took car to another tire place no issue. Buyer beware the Indian dude is sneaky

Grear Servies and Value, had oil change for my Daughter car and they were friendly and courteous.
